Name: Tomina Age: 18 Gender:Female Race: Elemi-Saiyan Hybrid, (Elemi Dominant) Element:Fire Homeworld:Vegeta (AKA Blehbarry) Appearance: At first glance, Tomina appears to be a harmless girl. The blue eyed, petite brunette stands at only 5'4 feet tall. Which is considerably less intimidating when compared to more bulky, pure blooded Saiyans. Her eyes sometimes change to yellow, and part her hair can become red. These changes seem to be influenced by her emotions.While not nearly as noticeable as pure-blooded females, her muscles are well developed through the training regiments and battles she has endured. Her chest is very toned as well. She has a very lean, wiry body that is attuned to combat, despite her initial appearance.
Her attire varies somewhat, but typically she wears a jacket along with the standard Saiyan armor. She keeps that hidden underneath a shirt usually. The two things she always has are a pair of earrings and a pendant around her neck. It contains a strange purple stone that glows faintly. It's keepsake left behind by her mother, so she is rarely seen without it. The stone itself doesn't have any special properties, aside from the fact that it glows.

[/a] Tomina's story begins under the confinement of the Brenchians, who attempt to drive despair into her mind by depriving her of her senses and attempting to fill her heads with lies.
☑ [Saga RoD] Siege on Brench Nasu and his forces invade Brench in order to claim the Tree of Might, and to acquire a new Homeworld. Tomina helps them in their conquest. It proves to be more difficult than any of them anticipated though, as the Demon queen herself shows up with her army behind her, with Jarvis’s troops backing her up as well.
☑Side Saga: Lighting Flame Clash Tomina fights Hakobe in a one on one battle. Being that it's the first fight she’s ever partaken in during her transformed state, it’s a fairly significant one for her.[/ul]
☑ Wounded God in King's Clutches The Saiyan Galactic Kingdom holds the Northern Kaioshin captive in an attempt to get information out of him. Negi betrays Nasu and helps the Kaioshin an escape attempt. Just as it looks like Nasu is about to put an end to it, an unexpected visitor changes everything.[/ul]
☑ Meeting New People Tomina runs into Carva, and decides to make him her lackey. To accomplish this, she will do anything she has to do in order to make him loyal to her.[/ul]
☐ Two Halves Make a Whole Tomina continues to train Carva. As they prepare to go into the gravity chamber, another Saiyan shows up. This individual wants to prove that purebreds are superior to hybrids, and challenges Carva to a spar in the gravity chamber.[/ul]
☑Alchohol For Blood Tomina hears rumors of an Empire Saiyan who frequents bars, and decides to investigate it.The evening turned out to be better than Tomina expected it would be.[/ul]
☐ In the Realm of the Gods Nasu calls all the Saiyans to help him achieve the powers of a god. Tomina is there to witness this truly historic moment. [/ul]
☐ Ascension to Royalty While training herself in her new Dojo, Tomina’s mind goes back to when she first started learned the Vegetan Arts. [/ul]
☐ Mountain Training While training in the mountains, Tomina runs into her Queen. Both of them are caught off guard by something neither of them expected.[/ul]

Enrage Elemi have very strong connections to their element at hand and their emotions. Attached by a physical 'spark' that will physically trigger should their emotions be strong enough. Sometimes anger can allow the Elemi to go beyond its normal capacity. It takes a special bit of training to be able to to get this to happen by will. [x3] (30k + for controlled use)
Hidden Power Due to their genetics, the hybrid can tap into an extreme power surge whenever they are angered. It's like an outburst of ki energy that lasts for just a few seconds before they manage to master this potential. When they become stronger and learn to refine their ki energy, the hybrid can fully control this ability and tap into this power for longer periods of time and without the need of rage. Becomes Mastered Power {Requires Ki Suppression [S1] and 20k+} [x5]
Super Elemi Some strong bonds with nature and emotions are great enough to cause the Elemi to show off their element brilliantly. There's been only one thus far in records to show off this much capacity for power. Hair erupts, turning into literal fire, ice, electricity, etc. Their eyes glow brightly with passion and color. There's no telling where this power within comes from, only the knowledge that they possess it. {Requires an emotional spike for first use.} {125k+} [x14]

Firefight Combo [/span][/div] Tomina surrounds her limbs in fiery ki, and lunges forward to throw out a punch directly at her opponent's face. She then proceeds to lay down a flurry of fiery blows on her opponent, before sending them flying away with a flaming front kick to the chest.
[OT-1] 25% PL Damage
Firestorm Rain
It starts off the same as her Firefight combo, only this time immediately gives an uppercut to the jaw with her other hand, sending her opponent flying into the air. Her fiery ki blazes brightly as she proceeds to juggle her opponent in the air, landing a flurry of punches and kicks before sending them sprawling to the ground with a fierce palm strike to the gut. Her flames are more intense then they are during her Firefight combo.
[OT-2] 50% PL Damage
Firefly Flicker
Starts out the same as her Firestorm Rain, only her uppercut sends her opponent high up into the air. She then forms a pair of wings made of fire out from her back. What follows is a merciless rain of blows coming from many different angles. Her speed and the bright intensity of her flames making her very hard to track. She then grabs her opponent's face and holds them in the air, firing out flames from her palm and burning her opponent at close range. She then pulls her arm back and throws them down towards the ground.
[OT-3] 100% PL Damage
Hellfire Combo
An alternate version of the Firefight combo, where Tomina uses more heat intensive flames. Any opponent who is hit by this combo is subject to further injury from her Hellfire.
[VT-1] 25% Damage, inflicts burn.
Hellfire Rain
Essentially the same as her Firestorm Rain, only the fire is much hotter than before. Her uppercut combo is much more devastating due to the destructive nature of her signature flames.
[VT-2] 50% PL Damage, inflicts Burn.
Fire Pyre
Tomina holds out her hand, causing a golden beam of energy to shoot out from her palm. She adds her flame abilities to the mix, causing the beam to be surrounded in blazing hot flames. She then fires it at her opponent.
[OT-1] 25% PL Damage
[li]Funeral Pyre[/li]
One can run all they like, but they can't escape their fate. Tomina holds out both hands, her fiery red aura building up around her. She then channels her energy to fire a golden energy beam at the target, the flames burning with such intensity that they completely cover the energy wave. The attack tracks and follows her opponent's movements. The flames twisting into the shape of hands grabbing at her opponent make it seem like the fire itself is sentient.
[VT-1] 25% PL Damage, Chaser.
Hellfire Pyre
The flames of hell will send her opponents to the pits of hell. Tomina upgrades her Funeral Pyre by adding more intense flames to the mix. The blue and black flames will chase her opponents, constantly forming hands and skulls and other shapes with the flames to terrify her opponents. Death comes for everyone eventually: no one can escape this fate.

Star Core
Tomina creates of a small sphere of energy that resembles a mini-sun, and throws it at her opponent

Starstream
This is a more concentrated version of her Star Core attack. A fiery red aura surrounds Tomina, and she thrusts her arm forward, firing an energy wave at her target

[li]Starfire Missile[/li]
Sometimes a girl needs penetrating power. Tomina forms a bow made of flames in her hands. She then forms an energy arrow and fires It's speed and power allows it to cut through low level barriers. The energy sphere will explode upon something it can't shatter.
[VT-1] 25% PL Damage, 40% Barrier Buster
[li]Hellfire Missile[/li]
If a barrier is resisting her, then Tomina will simply just push through with greater force.,she forms a bigger bow of flames. She then creates an arrow of orange energy which she then fires at her opponent. The speed and velocity it flies at will shatter most barriers. The energy arrow will then explode when it hits something it can't shatter. An upgraded version of the Starfire Missile.

Sometimes the easiest solution to a problem is the simplest one. Tomine can fire streams of concentrate fire from her hands to incinerate her foes.

There are times that multiple people will piss you off. What’s a girl to do? Burn them all of course! Tomina holds out both of her arms and expels flames from her body toward multiple targets, the flames rapidly spreading throughout the area. An upgraded version of the flamethrower technique

[li]Infernal Plane[/li]
When there’s a group of people she wishes to annihilate, she unleashes her hellfire on them. By concentrating her energy and holding out her arms, she creates a wave of blue and black flames that consume all who get caught up in it.

[li][ST-1] Smogscreen[/li]
Tomina's own variation of the Afterimage technique. Her image puffs into a cloud of smog once hit.
[100% PL Dodge]
[li][ST-2] Hazy Flames[/li]
Tomina's upgraded version of the Smogscreen technique. Her image will burst into flames once hit, creating many different images meant to disorient her opponents.
[175% PL Dodge]
[li][ST-3]Escape From Hell[/li]
Tomina's most advanced version of the afterimage technique. Upon contract, her image will burst into her signature blue and black colored flames. The flame spread quickly, creating hundreds of fake images to confuse and disorient her opponents.
[200% PL Dodge]
[li]Ember Shield[/li]
Tomina creates an orange barrier in the shape of a hexagon. She can conjure this barrier up to protect herself, and can even materialize another to protect one of her allies at the same time. She also could just conjure up a Ember Shield for just one ally, but Tomina isn't that generous.
[ST-1] 40% Charge Barrier: can protect up to two people.
[li]Ember Dome[/li]
Tomina creates orange barrier(s) that envelops the targets within a protective sphere. Tomina has found this technique to be useful in a pinch if she or her allies are under extreme pressure.
[ST-2] 60% Charge Barrier: can protect up to four people.
[li][ST-1] Space Resistance: Able to temporarily withstand the harsh conditions of space. [Can survive in space for 1 hour for every point of stamina spent. Can't breathe nor use techniques. Stamina reduced from maximum pool]
[li][PT-1]Strong Will[/li]
With the strong training, the user can avoid suffering mind controls for any attack that is below 150% of the user's power level

[li]Infernal Flash[/li]
Tomina creates a burst of her Hellfire around her as a defensive measure. The temperature becomes unbearably hot, and the smoke the fire creates makes it painful to even breath. Tomina can't keep up this technique for long, which is why she only uses it to escape tough situations. During its duration though, her opponent is in such a state of agony that they can't even move.
[One turn pain non harming, FOR ALL ST PAIN each level up to a tier 1 - 2 and 3 will raise in the power needed to dodge them in correlation with the users pl. so 1 - 50% 2 - 75% 3 - 100% but always remain one turn one pain.]
[PT-1] Demonic Gateway: With proper training from a player who already knows how to open a Demonic Gateway, a player is able to open a portal to and from Makai.
[Once per month a player may travel to or from Makai alone. -Going to and leaving count as separate uses- This technique has a cooldown of 1 month, meaning if you are travelling to Makai, you will be stuck there for 30 days]
-Martial Art School Techniques and Specials-
Royal Vegetean Arts
Fighting Style Techniques:
[BG] [OT-1] Ribs Breaker: The user performs a hand chop to one of the sides of the opponent's ribs, aiming to break it. [25% Damage]
[IN] [OT-2] Final Blow: The user launches themselves forward, and in an instant, delivers a hard punch to the opponent's stomach. Should it hit, it will probably wind the opponent. [50% Damage]
[AD] [OT-3] Spirit Breaking Cannon: The user punches the opponent, then kicks them upwards. Then, quickly rushes upward from below, kicking the opponent brutally in the stomach. Finally, they elbow the opponent downwards, inflicting massive damage. [100% Damage]
Techniques:
[OT-1] Galick Cannon: The user curls their fingers and places both their hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, they thrust both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from their hands and body. [25% Damage]
[PT-1] Saiyan Pride: Using their enormous pride, the saiyan can choose to ignore the pain from his wounds and keep on fighting. This technique doesn't recover injuries, but just allow the handicap from it to be temporarily removed. [Immune to Pain-related Stunning]
[ULTIMATE] Super Galick Gun: The ultimate techinque passed through the royal bloodline of the Saiyan Empire. To perform the Super Galick Gun, the user places their hands up to their side and forms energy between their hands. Then they fire a Galick Gun that is bigger and much more powerful than the normal version, inflicting a huge amount of damage. Mechanically, the Super Galick Gun is an extremely powerful attack that takes a while to fully charge. Its charge, however, grows greater with time (Starts with 75% > 175% > 350% > 475%). On top of that, the power of the attack is so great that even if dodged, the enemy will still take some damage from it, due to the sheer energy released, depending on the charge (starts with 25% > 50% > 75% > 100%)
[Low initial damage, high final damage. Aura damage effect).
Royal Demon Arts
Fighting Style:
[BG] [OT-1] Evil Impulse: By bringing their hand up above their head, the user emits pulse waves of ki that spread over a 10m area around themselves. [25% Damage]
[IN] [PT-2] Advanced Gateway: This skill is an advanced form of the basic Demon portal. This allows the user to take +1 player or ally with them through the Demon portal (Ex: pure blood Demon's will now be able to take 2 people with them, while half breeds will be able to take 1 person)
[AD] [OT-3] Darkness Sword Rush: The user created a sword out of evil energy and uses it to attack their opponents, slashing them multiple times and then knocking them away. The user then flies towards their enemy with tremendous speed and immediately stops right in front of their opponent and blasts then right in the face with an Evil Impulse[100% Damage]
Techniques:
[PT-1] Dimensional Telepathy: The user is able to break the normal barriers of Telepathy, projecting their thoughts and influence to dimensions they are not currently in. This telepathy cannot go into other universes, or the after-life.
[PT-2] Demonic Will: Once per thread, the user can concentrate their ki energy by summoning the power of his demonic soul. After that, the power of a technique will be increased by 20%. [20% Boost to Technique Power]
[ULTIMATE] The Devil's Spit: By gathering saliva in the user's mouth, they then spit on their opponents and turn them to stone for the duration of the thread. If the affected person is shattered while they are turned to stone, they die. The spit travels at 200% speed towards the opponent but cannot be charged. [Within 150% of the casters power level, the user is instantly turned into stone for the duration of the thread. If you are between 150%-200% above the casters power level, you become partially petrified and suffer a 50% penalty to your power level for the rest of your thread. If you are above 200% of the casters power level, you will suffer a 25% penalty to your power level for the duration of the thread]

Balanced Tree
Level 1 = 0-10k PL can have 3 Offense Tiers and 3 Support Tiers (cannot be OT-3, VT-2, or ST-2)
Level 2 = 11k-50k PL can have 6 Offense Tiers and 6 Support Tiers
Level 3 = 51k-100k PL can have 9 Offense Tiers and 9 Support Tiers
Level 4 = 101-150k PL can have 12 Offense Tiers and 12 Support Tiers
