Since realizing his flaws and inconsistencies, Rensu found himself in a bit of a spot. Due to lacking a proper fighting style, he was in a bind where his opponents had full reign and control over the battle as well a huge advantage over him. That, coupled with his many run-ins with near death, the call to learning was heeded and taken up. Dubbing a style meant to reflect his record-breaking growth, limit shattering potential and All-Or-Nothing attitude, his style came to be as The “Final Limit Breaker” style.
The martial art style of the school is something of a mixture of other arts. The primary art used, though, is Taijutsu. The art of empty-handed combat. Beneath the Taijutsu aspect, are influences of aikido, kenpo, and karate. This is evident in just the neutral stance of the school alone. Users often stand strong, though hunched forward a bit with oft both fists readied, or one by the waist while the other hovers before their torso. Attacks are quick, precise and hit very hard.
[BG] [PT] Limit Break: The user focuses his latent potential and inner ability to the peak of its possible limit. Upon doing so, they forcibly break their “max” (upon the first use, later uses are instantaneous) and draw on their called on strength. Appearances may change from person to person! Most commonly, users obtain a colored and brilliant aura that radiates off of them. Although some may obtain changed or additional body parts or appearances. [Grants a +x1 boost to offensive techniques. Not Upgradeable.]
[IN] [OT-2] Incurro: The user launches themselves forward and initiates a series of brutal and calculated blows. A grand total of four hits is performed. Notably, small stars appear with each blow. [50% Damage]
[AD] [OT-3] Ars Incurro: The user launches themselves at the target, akin to the previous Incurro, and dishes significantly more blows than before— Dealing eight hits rather than four, inflicting significant damage. The finale of this attack string is a nasty spinning overhead kick, no matter what the string prior. [100% Damage]
Techniques:
[OT-1] Blast Zone: Bringing their hands over their head and channeling energy into their fists, the user then slams their gathered energy to the ground and dishes out a large river of Ki into their opponent's direction. [25% Damage]
[PT-1] Limit Break: Regen: Upon shattering the first barrier of their inner limits, the user has activated a kind of energy replenishing power that restores their energy at a quickened pace! [When at 0 stamina points, the user may sacrifice their turn to restore 2 stamina points. User CANNOT perform any action during this phase.]
[ULTIMATE]Renzozuken: 〔Griever〕: In desperate times, desperate measures must be done. Putting all, and that means ALL, of their energy into their body, the user focuses their mind and soul on bringing an end to their target. After gathering their energy and composition, the user darts into their opponent and dishes out a nasty punch (intended for hit confirming) and deals a significant amount hits, slashing in and out of their foe. A grand total of twenty-four hits is performed, ending with a brutal punch aimed at the opponent's midsection. The intent to leave a gaping hole. [Charges from 110% and upward, as well as deals a Piercing damage upon reaching Level 2 (220%). 100% SPEED / 200% PIERCING.]

As for the ultimate: There's uh... quite a bit we could do here actually. We don't usually have a lot of melee ults so this is pretty cool. Some things to note - I need to understand what exactly you mean by a "piercing" effect and slicing effect as that could have many intepretations. The charge is fine. I don't think the weakness is necessary just yet until we really flesh out the rest of these mechanics on what this ult actually does!

And for the ultimate, Piercing was meant to be like Piccolo pierce (SBC or Goku punching a hole thru Piccolo's gut) and Slicing was meant to be similar to Destructo Disc/Kienzan. I felt the weakness would balance the deadly effects?

Well Rensu I was referring to the "Specials" aka the techniques that correlate with your ultimate! Specials are where you can use interesting outside of the box mechanics for your character, techniques that are usually slightly stronger than normal ones. In your app's case Blast Zone and Fatali Turben! These two techniques are essentially the same technique but one being a progression of another (OT1 to OT2!). Some good examples for specials lie in our Canon schools. Kamehameha is a set of free OT's (OT-1 to OT-3!) while Thunder Shock Surprise from the Turtle School is a good special as it's a slightly better stunning tech (allowing you to go turn to turn with the stun as long as you take no actions) or my redirect technique which is buffed to barrier levels to redirect incoming attacks onto other targets on the field! You can keep one of them on there as a branch of free techniques (and make Fatali Turben a branching technique for Blast Zone!).
That way you can get a cool thing for your school! So brainstorm on that. The MA techniques themselves (BG/INT/ADV) look perfectly fine.
As for the ULTIMATE: Alright then so you're going for the double damage/low speed angle (like Kienzan and Special Beam Cannon)... That's all well and good. The damage would still be blockable however as the slightly higher charge WOULD take up your 3rd ability slot. So the damage would be 220%/110%, 440%/220%, 660%/330%, and 880%/440% at maximum charge (first number being power/second number being speed).

A grand total of twenty four hits is performed, ending with a brutal slash or punch aimed for the opponent's midsection. The intent to either cleave or pierce them in twine or leave a gaping hole. [Charges from 110% and upward, as well as deals a Piercing/Slicing effect upon reaching Level 3 (330%). Regardless of success, the user is rendered staggered for 2~3 turns due to exertion.
I mean the mechanics of this school are fine... it's really just the vision/flavor here that I have a problem with. I would recommend you take some time to figure out what you actually want from this style as it's very bland as it is and general.... it's a striking style and a weapon style and that's honestly a little weird. I'd say look up Street Fighter or Tekken or many other sources of media to come up with an idea for what your actual martial art style is. I'd say choose whether you want this to be a fisticuff style of a weapon style as well, and to decide what that weapon type is.

You need to specify in the app what that means lol. It's double damage/double power. You can make it piercing damage upon charge 2 instead of 3 if you'd like. And remove the stun from yourself because that's silly and underpowered.
