The droid was in rough shape but still managed to keep itself running on its ruptured core. The programs that made up its thought process still at constant bickering and war with each other over what their next move should be. It had two of the orbs it always kept nearby at the ready. But it was still missing the vast majority of the orbs. Each program had different variations of corrupted data. Each of them with their own idea usually outdated on how to help and or save the alliance it felt was in danger. One portion thinking if they were fast they could wish back the destroyed planet and its people. Another side thinking they could use it to summon Natto and Tomoroko to help stop the Blehbarrion assault. The vegeta empire was brought up as a threat as well by one of the minor programs but this one was usually relatively ignored. The systems all were like emotions in their own right but without the core it was like a body withe motions but no brain or no soul in a spiritual way of speaking. Its energy core present but its A.I. core just a missing hole. A body without its true being as if just a husk of what it was intended to be.
It was scowering the islands to the south at present. Its eye scanning the water and ground bellow while it could. The light occasionally flickering in and out as its power was a tad unstable. It lost energy easily given it was missing a couple limbs and sparks and static shout out from its open plating from time to time. A few frayed wires poking through as well. It looked barely functional as was. Yes even as it shook now and again or showed lights from sparking power shooting out of its mechanical wounds. It didn't seem to falter in its goal. Its special radar honing in on its scanner as it was searching for a signature... It knew something was close but just didn't know where. For now it simply encircled several small islands trying to narrow in on whatever the source of the energy was.

Negi had been resurrected, but not by the wish of the dragon balls, although most people assumed that was the reason. He was but a shell of his former self, playing a role of pretending. He was to make sure people in the Remnant Alliance believed he was part of their faction, that he had decided to rejoin them after his tragic and heroic death on Planet Saiya, as he sacrificed his life for his former comrades and fellow kinsman. He was respected in both the Remnants and the Kingdom for what he did, despite some resentment of the later when he announced he wouldn't be joining them again, but rather would submit his loyalty to Komatsu. Some called him a traitor, and deep inside he knew that was precisely what he was, but not for that reason.
It killed him on the inside, but there was really nothing he could do against the power of the Demon Queen, who resurrected him with a powerful spell and a degree of mind control that not even the teachings of the Soy School could defend against. He was ashamed, and he wished he could just die, but she was keen enough to make sure he wouldn't be able to take his own life. There was nothing left for him other than do her bidding, and her current wish was to gather the namekian dragon balls. He couldn't even fathom what she would do with such a powerful thing, and he only feared for the universe should he accomplish her goals and gather all of the seven orbs. At the current moment he had three of them: the one star, the three stars and the five stars and his radar was detecting two other balls on the move, possibly under the possession of another creature, one he could not sense, no matter how hard he tried. "Android..." he spoke to himself, feeling the bitter taste of the memories of his battle against that foul android called Ash, the one who was one of the culprits of the destruction of Planet Saiya.
Knowing, from the radar, they were approaching each other, he decided to make sure he would be prepared for the challenge and flared his golden sparkling aura of the mastered version of his most powerful form.

He was ready for a fight, if he needed, but he was hoping his power would be enough to intimidate this creature and solve this without further issues. He didn't feel like killing anyone else, but if he had to, he would without hesitation; Nakiya took his heart out of his chest and there was no mercy left in him.

It was like a snap to attention as he halted mid flight. His scanners picking up massive readings breaking past all the warning and malfunction flashing lights on his hub. Turning in the direction of the voice his sensors picking it up from even the distance between them. His radar beeping several times over as not one but three readings were picked up. A phenomenal find as this mean five of the seven were now in the immediate area according to his radar. This would mean the majority of the task would be completed if he could only acquire them from this target. Its scanner turned to see the hulking mass that was the saiyan presented before him. His scans recognized this one but its files were garbled like so many other points of data in its harddrive. It merely stared for a long few moments before speaking holding up its one good arm as if a open palmed hand turned upward in a simple gesture before it finally spoke.
"F-f-f-f-f-for the benefit of the alliance. We requi-requi-require the dragon balls. Please surrencer the artifacts in your-" A loud pop was heard as a little stream of smoke began for a few moments puffing out from the holes in its side. "Possession." It would state with a polite but some what authoritative voice. The sound system almost sounding to have several pops and glitches as if one of the inner speakers was busted as well. It had trouble forming words and the volume kept changing on top of all the other problems. But it did seem serious in its require.
"If needed we will use force, You have ten, ten, ten, seven seconds to comply." It would state as it gave itself a sudden whack to the side of the head with its one good head seemingly trying to knock something back into place for the time being. A few tiny specs of something or another falling out of a couple of its cracked holes in its plating and slowly falling towards the ground bellow. Given it didn't show any alarm from this it was likely pieces that were already to broken beyond repair.

To his surprise, the creature that appeared before his eyes was a small, severely damaged, golden robot who was quick to speak to him in a kinda of stammering voice. The creature claimed to work for the Alliance and that made Negi arch one of his eyebrows and he did so for two reasons: first, it had been a while since anyone had called the Remnants Alliance, and second because he didn't recognize the robot whatsoever, and, if anything, he didn't believe an android in such a terrible state would be doing such an important job, so either the android was lying and had some utter motive, or he was going rogue. Under the small chance he was actually doing a Remnants mission, he could just claim he didn't believe it in case it caused him trouble.
But what was the most amusing was that the robot actually threatened to use force if he needed and that made him chuckle a bit, as he was clearly underestimating the threat the android was posing. He knew he shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but the heavily damaged state of the robot made him believe he couldn't really stand and fight against a powerful Super Saiyan 2 such as Negi. "I beg your pardon, but... I'm a member of the Remnants and I'm the one who was entrusted by Komatsu to gather the dragon balls. I never heard of a half-destroyed bot searching for them, so... How about you hand ME the dragon balls, and I help you getting some repairs? Sounds like a plan, right?" he said, stretching one of his arms in a sign for the robot to surrender his possessions.

It would watch in silence perhaps either considering the option or ultimatum. Or possibly counting down as it spoke before of doing. The time would come and pass though as the good hand would lower and it ran a few numbers in its head trying to think of the best course of action. It would only speak after what would feel like a long pause that dragged on for hours but it had really been a few brief moments. "Several others have made such claims... I'm afraid I require the artifacts to appease this problem. You do not hold ranks of that of Miso or Ka-Karota. I'm afraid I must relieve you of these orbs if you refuse. I will try and not be lethal as I don't wish to fully harm one of the alliance if what you speak is true. Sadly with your file corrupted in my data I cannot confirm any of this and have only found danger when dealing with those who claim to be part of this remnants and or the this kingdom. Feel free to defend yourself or hand over the artifact."
It would say as the defense protocol and program took over. A big of power gathering up in its fist. Its one good hand flying forward as it was intending to like a small rocket fly straight for the man. The first first flying at the man he would be like a golden bullet that would try and spear straight for the mans gut. The blunt force hoping to knock some wind out of the target before him.

Beat's PL: 250.000 -> 5.000.000 (TSSJ) STA: 4/4 Health: 12.500.000 (250%) Raiten-ryu: ADV Doragon no Seishin: BG Beat has transformed to his super saiyan form. He understood that this is dangerous, and therefore, he have a capsule at hand at the moment, in case it gone really really bad. He looked at the radar and somehow found... the broken robot, and someone that he doesn't know who. Darn it all to high hells. From his radar, the person owns the four star dragon ball. Now where does he hide it he have no idea, but... at the same time, something in him just felt suspicious toward this new guy. He landed just several ten feet near the two. He could sense the other guy is strong, Over twice of his normal strength, and honestly that's really terrifying. The robot might just met his match... but at the same time, he don't have the luxury to do nothing at the moment. He know that his interruption was probably unwarranted, but at the moment, he need to talk with the other guy. Without even thinking, his hand would grab the robot's own. The pain was muted, but he's pretty sure that it would hurt like a bitch.
"...Robot, how many times have I told you that you better get yourself repaired? Stand down for the moment, and let me talk to this gentlement" Beat would comment. However at the same time, he looked at the man. "Name's Beat of Remnant Alliance, a Recruit... So who might you be, Sir? I happened to overheard a bit of your interaction... You're trusted by my mentor to gather the Dragon Ball... What for?" he would ask. "He has his wish granted, but then he asked you to gather dragon ball again? Was it for some reason I have yet to know?"
He keeps his tone even, and he know it's a bad idea to show his back to the robot at the moment, but he prefer to show it to the robot more than the other guy. "...So, was it for some diplomacy reason, or something else?"
The super saiyan's red eyes stared right at the man. He need to hear why this guy somehow suddenly appear out of nowhere, claiming to be working for his mentor, and now collecting dragon ball. Now, how to trap this guy, if he turned out to be some kingdom spy? Those bunches, he trusted them to be at the very least honorable. The moment their King declared his mentor as Hero, they should have at the very least not swipe the dragon ball from the Namekian. ACTION: Block (25%) on Sam's attack -> 1.250.000 vs 1.885.584 => 635.584 damage taken.

This robot thing new of Miso and Karota and even knew he didn't hold the ranks of them and that just made him further frown his brows. "Of course I don't hold their rank, I was never truly affiliated with this stupid Saiyan Kingdom bullshit! I was and will always be, in my heart, a member of Koma's squad! That's where the loyalty of my heart stands at, so I would advise you to drop this stupid accusation! I'm tired of being considered a traitor when I never betrayed anyone!" he said. "Up until now, at least..." he thought to himself as he hated his own guts even more for doing what he was doing, to be helping that wretched being, but it was above his self-determination, but seemed like arguing with the droid was of no use and he would have to fight.
As the robot got ready to strike, so did he as he flared his intense screeching lightning aura and got ready to counter the robot's attack, when, all of a sudden, he sensed a quite considerable power level approaching fast and getting in the way of the attack, blocking the advances of the android and essentially protecting him. He was gathering his ki for his attack but now he decided to hold on to that energy, just in case, as he stared at this massive super saiyan who, at the same time, looked quite young despite the incredible power. Negi didn't recognize him from anywhere, but he was quite curious as to who he might be.
He quickly turned to Negi and introduced himself as a recruit from the Remnants, but oddly enough he didn't know who Negi was and was quick to question his motives. He sighed deeply, but decided to talk to the boy. "Apparently being dead takes a lot of our prestige away. You say you are a recruit and you don't know me? I'm Negi, one original member of Koma's squad back when we were all members of the Saiyan Alliance. A close and old friend of his. If he is your mentor, then you have one of the best saiyans looking after you, kid. And if you don't know why I'm gathering the dragon balls, then that's probably because it's above your clearance level at the moment, and I'm not in a position to question that. Maybe you should ask Toru for the reason, and if he feels he should share it with you, then I wouldn't bother getting your help as well. But yes, as far as for what I can share, it's for a diplomatic reason." he exclaimed, without letting go of the energy he had been gathering.
Then, he stared at the bot and then back to the boy. "You seem to know this damaged bot, though..." he said, letting the conversation open to be continued by either of them.

The pause was unexpected as the bright haired boy arrived just as he once did before. After a brief second flashing back a few feet back to attention standing in proper height as he hovered at least as best one could missing so many parts and limbs. Its scans briefly showing a light as it did once before casting over Beat reconfirming it was indeed the same boy from before. Although it was a bit unsure how to do with this sudden return. Its systems were a bit at odds with one another over how to deal with this new added conundrum to the already explosive situation. "We require the artifacts... This does not suit the requirements for us aiding our master overseer. Please do not interfere." It would say in a robotic lightly authoritative voice albeit lightly broken with static overlay. Although it only seemed to look at the boys back briefly a bit unsure how to handle all this as he seemed to have his own questions. It would use the moment as well to also try and gather more data pending what it heard.
It raised its hand as its fist turned and twisted and fell to the side on a small hinge on its good hand. Revealing the blaster barrel beneath the wrist. A light glowing down in the small barrel that went down its wrist. The hand to the side showing the normally hidden weaponry. "Repairs are not needed until the task is complete. The task is more important, Please do not interfere." It said simply but not yet firing allowing the boy a few moments to consider the position perhaps. The small red eye behind cracked glass plating looking from one to the other. Although his current target had the boy between them. The boy was not registered as a threat at this moment nor did he hold any of the desired items. So there really wasn't any reason to initiate hostile action against him yet.
"Why do you wish to interfere... May you acquire the artifact for me young one?" He seemed to try and angle his blaster leaning from one side to the other. But he was beginning to feel like no matter what he said it wasn't gonna change things for the moment so he simply prepared his blast while the younger yet very much so larger boy was communicating. One of the more diplomatic programs figured there was at least a chance albeit a low chance to solve this a different way.

By now, Beat clicked the recording mode on his scouter again. This would directly send feed to the HQ. Yes, this can backfire on him heavily.
"Without any offense meant," Beat would begin "there's very little amount of time I can do for research of whatever possible teammate I would have when I was busy preparing for a rescue of my family back in Earth so pardon my ignorance, Sir." This is not enough for Beat to fully take the man's side though. At the very least he understands what's up. Clearance level though... It does makes sense. He's just a mere recruit, even for how many favor is in his side. In the end of the day, Beat is still a recruit, even if he know both Zeno and Komatsu. "Apparently this one over here is an Alliance robot. If three of us truly from Alliance then it means very little for us to fight. However, the robot was malfunctioning, and the latest memory of him actually came from age where the late Overseer Natto still alive. If my information was correct too, this means back when Councillor Kyuri still in office. However as you well known, it's been years since Natto killed in action"
...Little did he know he have the reincarnation of the said overseer with him, but that is clearly not important the slightest.
...Still, honestly, he's not liking how the situation develops. One side charging their attack, another ready to attack with their own attack.
"...Negi-san, was it--no, Negi-dono, please by all means listen to my proposal. The robot is broken, and honestly will need to be fixed. At the moment, as far as I know, Koma-san is out to fight for the fate of the world. However, when I gone to Earth to save my family, I ended up seeing an invasion by the demons. They suggested that they will use objects called Dragon Ball, the very same balls that we're currently hunting for. That was my reason for hunting it myself. However, I did not want to collect it for myself. I want to keep all the balls separate. Therefore... if three of us alliance members could keep them separate until Komatsu-san returned, that would be more beneficial for us. Earth got destroyed, those Demons cannot use Earth's Dragon Ball. This would means Namekian Dragon Balls are the prime candidate for their target.
I have no idea how many balls the robot have, but among them is one of my two star. Breaking him is ill advised at best. For the best interest of both party, please yield one of your ball to the robot as a sign of truce, at least until Koma-san truly returned. I understand that this request is too much for a mere recruit to ask a senior officer. However, it's only logical. Two of our super saiyan level fighters died in struggle on Earth. We're in code red. Please. I cannot reason with the robot, but surely I can reason with you."
...or can he?
He hope in this way he could avoid the robot's aggression, and at the same time stop infighting between members. Although if he's ignored then.... He might have to fight one of them.

This robot was clearly a bit crazy as it insisted on fighting despite the severe injuries it had sustained, and he was quite adamant about getting Negi's dragon balls, even if it meant he would engage in combat. Negi took a deep breathe as he stared at Robot, holding his constantly increasing energy. "I'm sorry, robot, but you don't sound convincing in the slightest... If anything, I find you quite suspicious. Maybe you are malfunctioning, or maybe you just appear to be malfunctioning to incite pity in our hearts..." Negi said in a stingy tone before turning to the super saiyan boy as he spoke and explained his side of things. It was quite the tale, he had to admit, a robot from Natto's time. "Natto, hm? That's a name I haven't heard in quite some time. My parents fought alongside him in what seems like an eternity ago..." he sighed at the memories of his deceased parents, but then he shook his head. When he started painting his proposal, he mentioned Komatsu out there fighting for the Universe and he nodded. "The Tournament of Power..." he showed he had knowledge about it.
Then, Beat proceed to speak about the attack on Earth and Negi knew about it, though not from the boy. "Yes, they destroyed yet another world, those wretched creatures! I swear one day they will pay for all they've done!" and the rage in his voice was very real and as he said those words, his aura became even brighter and the lightning screeched loudly as it ran through his body. It was clear he hated the demons, and he had many reasons for that, but one in particular was the strongest: Nakiya raped his mind, made him her slave and was now pitting him against his friends and allies. He would rather die than to be her dog, but his self-determination had been completely destroyed and there was nothing he could do about it, but to wish she would be humiliated and killed again. "I don't intend on breaking him, but I have no way to confirm this robot is functional, so your proposal of me giving up a dragon ball to him is, sorry for the wording, idiotic at best. I'm your senior officer and this thing's alliance is yet to be determined. He claims to belong to the Alliance, but... The Alliance is split now. So what is stopping him from deciding, should his claims be true, that the Kingdom is what is truly left from the Alliance and give the dragon balls to Queen Kinoko, for fuck sake?!" and he grimaced as he spoke her name; it was clear Negi despised the Saiyan Queen. "Nasu is a jerk, but he is honourable, but that bitch? She is the main reason he created this damn Kingdom in the first place, so... No. I won't give him a dragon ball, but... As a sign of good faith, instead of taking two of his dragon balls, I will take just one and watch him closely, to determine where his alliance truly lies." and that was pretty much his final decision.

Same would only continue to listen and aim his blaster leaning from side to side now and again but unable to line up his shot. With someone between them who at the moment at least was not marked as a obstacle or a hostile made it impossible to fire. He wouldn't risk damaging or harming a alliance filed personal if he could avoid it. Although he did start digging up what little data he had that wasn't corrupted on demons. Looking at what high political and diabolical powers reigned that was known of. It raised several alarms if the demons were also going to be a problem along with the blehbarrian assault that was already a big problem. Things were going to get dicey if he had to put off to much longer his goal and mission.
"I-I-I-I-I-I" It would strike itself in the side of the body and head with the charging blaster arm for a moment. "I require the orbs, If demons are going to be a problem we must do this quickly. I will restore Natto's defenses with them and allow the overseer to continue the battle. We must stop the war with demons now it seems as well as the Blehbarrion assault. I see no reason you resist." His hand would twist lightly the light now glowing rather brightly from the energy drive inside the wrist. The hand still hanging off the wrist on a hinge so the barrel could have a open shot.
Several warnings kept going off as the unknown threats demons could bring only worsened the situation. The alliance needed all the resources it could get at the moment and this pushed its option for repair several paces down the list of required actions. It needed to accomplish the mission. Indeed, he could understand that scenario... it's possible. The heir in the robot's mind is both Nasu and Komatsu. Now the question is in possibility that the robot suddenly thought that Komatsu is not the true heir, and it's Nasu that's the true heir... (well, it's possible considering that he did call out Karota's and Miso's name instead of Toru) there's some chance that they'll be given to Nasu instead. However, He doesn't feel that arrangement is truly a bad idea, than some lost chance to gain some beneficial diplomacy. Unfortunately for him, this man seem truly hate the queen named Kinoko. He need to learn more about the kingdom.

...If this is how it would be, Beat wondering what makes him seem to be really hasty in trying to get the dragon ball by himself. He could access the data in the alliance and he'll find Negi there. Negi sighed deeply but the screeching sounds of his aura made it almost inaudible as he continued to push his ki to its peak. The robot continued to talk about Planet Natto and the Overseer and it just further irritated the Super Saiyan 2. He glanced over towards the kid once again when he argued why couldn't they just trust him with a dragon ball instead and Negi scoffed. "I would say it is because of the same reason you don't trust me, kid. I don't know you, and while you claim Komatsu is your mentor, I have otherwise no proof you are part of the Remnants and, even if you are, you would still be a recruit. Hierarchy is also based on trust, which means that, even if you are an ally, you are but a new addition to our forces." he coldly stated as he glanced over towards the robot once more.
The robot was charging some considerable energy and if there was anything to be accounted by, he managed to hurt the kid who had quite the above average power level, which meant the robot, although severely damaged, wasn't an opponent to be taken lightly. Negi hmphed as he stared at the tiny creature charging his attack. "I wonder how much power this thing really have... I won't be wasting my energy before I can asses his true power... There are few people in the universe who can stand against me in a one on one battle, so... I might by able to win. Dammit! I think I may actually succeed in claiming his dragon balls..." he thought to himself, furrowing his brows a bit more as he tensed up his fighting stance.

It was a bit odd the several programs thought how the boy seemed to be a bit indecisive on his path of action. Although just as noted before the boy was no longer a obstacle and presenting only minor interference. They would not harm a bystander of the alliance unless required too. Even before they kept from using lethality as best one could in battle. The mission did make it so combat was required from time to time. But soon it would all be worth it as once they gathered the one's scanned nearby the majority of the gathering would already be accomplished. A victory would soon be at hand. Sam watched carefully with his little red eye that never blinked behind the cracked plate of armored glass. Only after watching for a long few moments did it eventually snap back to its original and still main target.
"We would recommend surrendering the orbs peacefully. You can still-still-still-" A loud clack as he hit his charging blaster barrel of a arm against the side of his head once more knocking something back into place. "Power down and surrender the artifacts." It would say as its arm trembled lightly the build up soon would be to much to hold back. The blaster was reaching its maximum drive soon. In the next few moments there would be no going back if the battle was to commence. The line of speech perhaps more a thing of protocol then anything. A final offering of some acceptance of terms if the artifacts were given up. Although it estimated substantially low chances of that actually being a probable outcome.
Instead for now it still kept the lightly blinding light growing in his arm. The blast building ever stronger as the energy its arm caused sparks to began popping and lighting off out of its cracked plates and missing limbs. Its systems were under immense amounts of pressure and mechanical failure. His body had long since hit a wall and its self repair mechanisms could only do so much. Beat let the word of his senior sinks in. At first, his eyes was closed, as if trying to think many possible reason why he was really suspicious of the person. He know just one click to the base, he would find out that the man is an ally. Yes, he was 100% sure of it, yet he didn't. Why? Have his overthinking seriously clouded the most logical choice of all time? Did something gone really wrong? ...Wait, actually... who even know about tournament of power? Why this coincidence sounds way too strong? Attack on earth, gathering the dragon ball... If there is a spy, then what would be the missing clue? Could it be that this senior officer in front of him is a transformed demon? ...No, that's unlikely. The anger that he show was real. Demon, he believe, cannot fake such anger... yet it can't be a mere coincidence... It's unlikely that the robot would gave the ball to Kinoko. He know that much. He wouldn't even register him as someone who is in Komatsu's favor. It's even more likely for the darned thing to give the ball to Natto's grave than giving it to Kinoko...
...He guess there's only one answer. Beat slowly opened his eyes and stood up from his sitting position. Electricity crackled on his left hand.
"I see... I guess in the end you wouldn't believe me, and that's fine. A boy who came out of nowhere, suddenly said that he is part of the Alliance, not to mention that he came from Earth, right after it exploded, while he seem to be way too hasty to save his family back before the planet exploded. He didn't bring any scouter, and instead of purchasing Alliance ship, he flew with his own ship, albeit registered as part of the Alliance. Then he came back and talk about gathering dragon ball before the demon came to take it... the odds stacked against me instead of you.... However, you're right. Hierarchy is based on trust. I somehow felt that you know a bit too much for someone who just recently rejoined Alliance. The sensitive information such as Dragon Ball should be something that is well known by the saiyan at this moment, but it's hard to believe that if Koma-san truly want to secure this ball he'll just order you alone to hunt for them, especially when the Kingdom Saiyans also looking for them too. Sure he couldn't ask Toru-san or Zeno-san to do it. Both are his second in command and definitely would attract suspicion... But at the very same time, you being here is even more suspicious. Sure a friend sounds like they would get some clearance to look for Dragon Ball... But why not Satsu-san or Yasai-san that clearly not Councilors do the gathering, along with you? This slip up is so not very Koma-san now that I think of it."
At this point, the crackling gets even more dangerous. Beat has gathered the ki on his arm.
