Originally born out of the control of ki and the raging fire Flare possessed, her former master Scion has developed a special martial arts to incorporate use of her flames in martial combat. Practical and brutish, this style takes after combinations of kickboxing and muay tai alongside controlled use of flames. While it was geared specifically towards Flare due to her elemi nature, anyone can learn to harness the flames.
The style has, very recently, been refined more into an art of control, creation, and fueling the fire within one's being. Flare has since less focused on the techniques of the kickboxer-like style and focused intently on mindset and symbolism.
This School's ST tree is its own tree, and as such cannot be altered or upgraded. It can't even learned without the school itself.
Dogi: None, unless they want a scar on them or something. Flare is always offering a nice School Tattoo.
[BG][ST-1] Fire's Control - What must come first in the Fist of the Phoenix is the most essential step; Control over the element of fire. With strenuous amount of legwork, enhancing their mind and ki alike, they can possess the capabilities to freely create and manipulate large sums of fire. This is an absolute requirement, as the techniques require a flame to be used with them.
[For those whom are not classified as a Fire elemi or something relatively close to such, this gives them the ability to freely create and manipulate fires and other sources of direct heat as if they were a fire elemi. This fire capability is much stronger than what can be done with magic materialization involving flames. For elemi who already know how to naturally produce flames, this acts as a stronger magic materialization. Allowing creation of anything within reason and to their Power Level. From large sums of items, large objects and buildings, weaponry and armor of the finest make, and much more. This also allows for minor cases of living beings being created, in various sizes and form. Fire elemi who use it in these ways will leave obvious works. All things created with their flames, be it in solid form, liquid, or otherwise, have similar properties of being a fire elemi (fire by nature, might explode in flames and excrete flaming hot liquids, etc). This is all purely flavor.]
[IN][ST-2] Afterburner - Users of the Fist of the Phoenix will eventually learn how to make their attacks extra volatile. Any technique can become a burning sensation with the use of the fires they create.
[Once a thread, the user may use this before a technique on the same turn. That technique will have its power increased by 10% and have the added effect of a scorching burn that will continue burning the target for 10% of the technique's damage for 3 turns (To a total of 30% altogether).]
[AD][ST-3] Wildfire - Students will eventually master the balance of fire, but notice that their power can become sporadic. Like the flames they harness, they can fluctuate their true power on a whim to suite their needs.
[+x3/-x3 OR -x3/+x3, has no stamina cost. Cannot stack with Bulking or Speed Bulking. Used again to either deactivate or switch between the two options.]
[OT-1] Flare Combo - The user will ball up their fists and cover them and their feet with a fiery Ki. In the fashion of a kickboxer they will attempt to rushdown the target in question. Literally punching and kicking the blasts at or into the opponent. Any successful hit will explode into a roar of fire.
[25% PL Damage - Meant to be straight-up damage, stunning, burning, or split effects when upgraded.]
[ST-1] Adaptive Heat - As wild and heated as flames could be, the phoenix aspect will learn from the mistakes of the past and burn brighter the next day. This masterful eye goes beyond the typical learn-by-trial sense that most martial arts will employ.
[Whenever someone else in a thread the student has participated in claim PL as their reward, the student will automatically gain 5% of those rewards. This does not take from the other person's gains. This is done even if the student does not claim PL themselves. Can be upgraded to 10% at ST-2 and 15% at ST-3.]
[ULTIMATE] Undying Flames - Much like the phoenix of fantasy that was born with the body to create itself reborn. Through sheer willpower and work of the flames, the student can unlock something from within. A death-defying secret kept close yet locked away until the moment arises.
[Once per thread, upon death, stun, stunlock (Where someone is stunned/frozen or otherwise unable to defend and/or attack for the remainder of the thread), or KO, the user may continue fighting as though they have not been knocked out (If KO’d), unable to move (If Stuned/locked), or only sustained minor injuries (If killed). As long as they are standing after this is activated they cannot be stunned or taunted. They will be restored with 3 stamina, even if they had more before proccing. For the first turn, their Power Level will increase to 150% of their normal level, decaying 25% after every post they make (125% For the next turn, 100% for the one after that, 75% after that, 50%, 25%, and finally falling unconscious on the one after that one. If this was procced from a stun or stunlock, the decay stops at 100%.) If this was procced by death, they will require an ST-3 healing (or equivalent healing item) from someone else in order to survive, either before the time they hit unconsciousness or within a full round of their next thread. This will automatically put them out of combat, too. Racials involving death/healing factor cannot proc on the user for the remainder of the thread, nor can it proc off the death/KO this prevented. Getting vaporized will make this ability moot. To use this ability, the user must be desperate or determined enough for its power.]
I'd say make the st-1 only once per thread but allow it to be be upgraded to a st2 and 3 variant. Where it can go to 15 and 20% boost for final variation. But only once per thread. Since the st-1's can be upgraded too. As for the ultimate. NasuKing of All I don't relaly know if I like this one so much. It basically feels like a round two if your not vaped insta heal and up ready to go. I mean I know if it was okay'd you couldn't also use a senzu or healing top tier item. Or if you had this wouldn't be allowed to trigger since second heal if you do a second major heal after hte first your in like ko at the mercy of enemy status. So it'd either heal you up ready to fight like a senzu. Or you'd be alive and at their mercy if they want to throw a second attack.
Also I can only see this working if you also have the 3 stamina to drop on your turn to use it. Cause I'm not really in favor of a special thats just as long as your not vaped its a in your pocket revive. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to be against this idea. An only if Koma and Nasu support it will I suggest and push for both the need to have 3 stamina used -stamina not regained either upon regen- AS well as. IT can't be used if you have already gotten a full heal prior tier 3 heal or top healing item.
There are passive specials such as saiyan spirit but that adds some power and your still needing to spend stamina in a a tech. A insta round two up at full health and full stamina if your not vaped I just don't think will work. Especially if it was considered you could also possibly use senzu beans or top tier healing. So someone can't senzu then actually hit death hit and trigger this later I know I'd not allow. I'll leave it to Nasu or Koma to throw in their opinions but I'm afraid I'm gonna have to push for a new special idea.

Actually, think you're right. An Ultimate's an Ultimate. So let's have at it and add that 3 stamina cost.

Used in desperate acts, the Undying Spirit of those who know it might live long enough to enact their justice. Or vengeance. Whatever it is they’re wanting done. [Once per thread, upon death, stunlock (Where someone is stunned/frozen or otherwise unable to defend and/or attack for the remainder of the thread), or KO, the user can spend three stamina to continue fighting as though they have not been knocked out (If KO’d), unable to move (If Stunlocked), or only sustained minor injuries (If killed). They will be restored with 3 stamina. For the remaining duration of the thread they cannot be healed ONLY IF this was procced by a death. Racials involving death/healing factor cannot proc on the user for the remainder of the thread, nor can it proc off the death/KO this prevented. Getting vaporized will make this ability moot.]
If you're gonna suggest they don't at least get to have the 3 stamina, then please feel free to suggest something that'd allow them to defend themselves a bit more . . . Or maybe you're looking for something a bit less sustained?

As for the ST, I can make that adjustment easy. That's no problem b0ss.
So to be clear? It works as if. they get back up with 3 stamina as long as they aren't vaporized. on that turne they get 150% their normal pl. next turn 100 next 50 then knocked out? Is this the new variation? That might be okay. Its more of a fight after death (Or KO). So if this is how I'm reading it right then that might be okay
And the ST look alirght now. Its more on par and seems alright compared with other attack increasing abilities. So Pending King of All or Nasu I'd say this might be doable now.

As long as its still using the newest special written on your most recent back post then its fine. However you can make the martial arts various sts instead of ot's but the school itself beyond the martial arts mechanics needts a ot-1 a st-1 and a ultimate. So for your two st1s that aren't tied to the martial arts you'll have to decide which you wnat to keep and make a ot to replace one of them.

Now why is that? I swore looking over other schools a few had either no STs or OTs outside of the martial techniques.
Ayy, yup. The Turtle school has no (It's a canon school I realize, but wait) STs to speak of, and Nakiya's Royal Demon Fighting Academy doesn't have an OT outside of the school's fighting style. Sup?
Wasn't aware Nakiya's did and turtle school doesn't someone mislabed thundershock surprise. Surpise does no actual damage its a st stun Its supposed to be a ot a st and a ultimate and 3 techs that can be st or ot attached to the martial arts
