(Using Jie's mansion.)
@cleopatra
Jie Shan Lan Dian was, by habit, an early riser. The young hybrid did not sleep well at all, for reasons well beyond his control, and took to waking up early to combat that. Such was the case today: as Jie Shan finished pulling on his gi, his eyes slid to the electronic clock that sat on his desk: the bright, neon-like, electronic numbers shined back at him: just past six in the morning. Early indeed. Jie Shan knew well enough that he was likely the only one up in the compound, save for a certain Saiyaness scientist: Rudieri, whom Jie Shan was not sure if she ever slept. No matter the hour, when Jie Shan sought her out, the woman was wide awake and working on something. Part of him pitied her; it must be something awful to spend all your time in the waking world, tinkering with some device or writing down long, winding paragraphs filled to the brim with scientific jargon. But the other part of him knew better than to judge. Rudieri probably had her reasons, just as Jie Shan had his reasons for waking early or tossing and turning in his uneasy sleep. And the Saiyan-Elemi hybrid was not about to pry.
Lacing up the boots on his feet, Jie Shan strided over to the control panel on his wall and pressed a button. Something electronic crackled to life, and Jie Shan cleared his throat and spoke. "Rudieri," he said aloud.
A hot second later, the intercom above him jolted awake and the always cheery voice of Rudieri bore down on him. "Jie Shan!" She exclaimed, "Good morning!"
"Good morning," said Jie Shan quietly. "And how did you sleep?" He asked, full well knowing the answer.
"Probably about as well as you," she said happily, "Now, what can I do you for so early in the morning?"
"Rouse the girl," he said flatly, "Cleopatra. It's time for her to start her training with me in earnest."
"Ah!" Exclaimed Rudieri, "The one who you had me acquire weighted clothing for! Which, by the way, was done! I had it left in her room with a note attached, explaining that it was meant for training."
"Excellent," muttered Jie Shan, "Thank you, Rudieri, I appreciate it."
"No problem, Jie Shan! It's kind of my job. And besides, you know you can always count on me."
Jie Shan nodded. That much was true. Though once upon a time he had doubted Rudieri's intentions, and the specter of his father's influence still floated about in the back of his mind, Jie Shan had come to trust the women. A rare occurrence, truly, as Jie Shan fully trusted very few, much less those who had once been in the direct employ of his father.
"Well," said Jie Shan, "I best get down to the courtyard. Send the girl there, and tell her to be ready for a hard work out."
As Jie Shan finished his final preparations, he strapped his familiar blade to his back. But that was not all; moving to the chest he kept at the foot of his bed, he opened it and drew out another blade. A substitute sword, one he kept for a worst-case scenario. While he ultimately preferred the familial blade he kept on his person at nearly all times, it never hurt to have a back up. Turning the blade in his hands, Jie Shan felt the lightweight steel in the palms of his hands. Slowly, he moved one hand to the pommel and drew it out: a glint of steel peaked back at him, shiny and bright. Satisfied, Jie Shan re-gloved the blade and made for the courtyard.
The brisk morning air put a skip in his step, chasing any of the remnants of sleep far from him. It, he noted, was a beautiful day. The Earth's sun was shining down, pastel-soft rays breaking through pure air. It was going to be a sunny day. And as Jie Shan stepped out into his courtyard, he could not help but appreciate the way that the sunlight lit up the heavy, wide flagstones of the ground. The court yard was clear, save for a row of flowers and other flora that encompassed the courtyard, only broken by four separate arching gateways. Technically, this court yard operated as the center of the dojo of the Lightning Blade Arts, ever since it had become a proper martial tradition. A little plain, thought Jie Shan, but it was functional. And that was all that mattered: function. It got the job done and that was all that Jie Shan could ask for. Drawing his blade, Jie Shan took himself to the floor and sat cross legged and began to tend his blade while he waited for his newest acquisition: the wayward orphan warrior, Cleopatra.
Meanwhile, in a room not far from the courtyard, the room he'd assigned to Cleo, an intercom came blaring on. "Wakey wakey!" Shouted Rudieri's voice, whether the girl was sleeping or not, "Jie Shan needs you in the courtyard for some training! And don't forget those new clothes of yours! I worked hard on those!" WC: 860
It had been a restless night... She was wearing a tank top and underwear on as she sat on her bed. She felt the power flowing in her. That power she could sense and feel... "Maybe... Maybe that dream was more than just a stupid dream..." she would think to herself. She would rub her face several times, feeling the ki particles on her skin. It was really strange to feel it flow across her own face. She began to shiver, feeling the sunrise coming up. "Oh... The sun... I should really take a... nap.." and with that said... She leaned forward slowly while sitting and began to doze off... "D-Don't worry... I-I won't sleep... Just shutting my eyes..." she said to herself as suddenly she passed out.
Saliva would drip down her lips, her face looking silly as she actually was sitting there while sleeping. "Mmmm... yes... I wouldn't mind that hehe..." She was talking about something strange... She suddenly fell backwards, giggling in her sleep. "Oo... you're so rough!" she said while giggling... It was getting interesting in her head! She began smiling while sleeping, "Mmmm, yes..." she said. Okay, what the hell was going on?! Is she dreaming of something.... fantasy?! After things were about to 'power' up, suddenly the speaker came to life! The woman would shout into the speaker and quickly spook Cleo! Wakey, wakey was all that was needed to wake her up! "GAAAAH~! AHHH~!!!!"
She would rolled off the bed as she yelled and landed face first! After she was done speaking on the intercom she laid there, restless... "Geez... Why did I have to train so much..." she mumbled as she slowly pushed herself up. "Dang it Jie...! I really didn't want to do this today...! GUH! I WAS HAVING A GOOD DREAM TOO!" she yelled as she pulled herself to her feet. She would look around, checking the time. "Huh... Only about thirty minutes of sleep... Seems pretty fair!" she said sarcastically to herself. Indeed, thirty minutes just wasn't enough but she could probably handle herself today. She had a new power now! Maybe...? She's never tested this power yet. It could probably be more powerful then Jie Shan's power! That would be so incredible! She would rub her face one more time, feeling the ki particles still on her face. "Huh... I thought I was imagining stuff but I guess not... There really is a strong presence of particles on my face..." she said to herself.
With that going through her mind, she would get herself all ready. She throws on her black suit, straps her boots on, throws on her OWC Beret, strap the armor on her legs, strap the chest plate on, and finally grabs that heavy trench coat that weighed like a boulder and throws it on. However, after that hectic training... It felt so light to her. She would look at herself in the mirror, giving herself a smirk.
"I've gotta say... I look prettttttty good~. Sharp, cunning, and strong. I think this good dog would do fine against anything evil,"
Saying something like that would give herself an impression that she was hopeful. She was going to kick ass today in training against her master. She was going to probably show off that new power but how...? She doesn't even know how it works in strength but she knows that somehow she can pull it out. She would crack her arms and knuckles, moving downstairs she goes. It was now time to get things cracking! She would push the doors open and walk out into the courtyard... Her power level actually stronger then before! She would smile and bow to her knee before Jie Shan, "Heya~! I'm ready for my training now, 'master'. What are we doing today?" she asked her new master. Today was going to be great... Jie would have a lot on his plate!
Something in Chris had sparked since he had met that fellow saiyan, the one whose strength actually rivaled and matched his own to a pinpoint. It had really brought that bit of excitement in him that he hadn’t been able to feel before. Now that he knew someone one Earth was around his own power it had boosted his own confidence up. Jarvis could try but he wasn’t going to let him take this planet. It was time to reform what the Z Fighters originally meant. Of course not until he talked with Jie about it first. Even though he had been invited to come by this place back when they had last met he still had been a bit hesitant with the plan. It was something that was quite risky after all. One without a guarantee of working. Yet still one he had to try. The original Z fighter group had been melded into the knights. The knights he himself had left. Yet he still was a protector of the Earth so what did that make him?
Whatever the new group would be, he wanted it to be found by the original meanings of it. Not to be controlled by one faction, but simply as a force to help protect those in need and defeat those who threaten to harm that peace. That was why he was here today, because he wanted to complete that promise. He had failed in his own mission to get to his sister, he wasn’t going to let anyone else suffer that fate. Night by night he had noticed he was getting more and more reckless. He had begun to wonder if maybe...maybe it was because his family was all but gone besides himself? His mother was gone, his sister, his cousins were constantly fighting. What else was it? His real father was trapped on Natto somewhere in the middle of that conflict. Was he just acting this way because..because he did have no one else left?
It didn’t take long to get here, no, not long at all. However when he had arrived at the courtyard he couldn’t help but spot that Jie had someone else with him. A young female..and their power? It was definitely quite impressive. As he began to come in for a landing he quickly spoke his hello out..mainly to not get himself shot down. “Hey there Jie, I’ve actually been looking for you. It’s a little important and..well it concerns quite a few people..” Chris would say as he would come in for a landing, his orange gi, a last gift from a friend, and blue undershirt with his spiked hair definitely quite a sight for those who haven’t met him. His own power though matching only slightly above Jie, and not by a wide margin. “I see you got a new friend? Who might you be if I may ask?” Chris would ask rather curiously as he felt her power. He recognized the human in it for sure, however this was indeed one very strong human. It almost reminded him of Galen in a way..wherever he was.
Whether Jie would accept his answer on what he had to say or not. He still sought out to reform the group. The Earth was going to need it after all, and he wasn’t willing to let the Earth suffer if he does come. He would defeat Jarvis by himself if he had to, if no one could help.. As much as he wished for it. Gazing towards Jie he couldn’t help but watch now to see his own reaction to his presence. As he heard the girl speak Master he couldn’t help but smile from the thoughts of the good ole days. Before everything. “Well Jie I didn’t know you taught others yourself. It’s good to see someone so willing to train others.”

It did not take long for Cleopatra to appear before him, all clad in her new weighted clothing. Jie Shan gave the slightest of nods, showing his approval. Yes, he thought. Those weights would do her well. As she approached, Jie Shan's eyes narrowed ever so slightly as his mind narrowed in on something strange: the women felt markedly stronger, despite the clothing that should very well be suppressing her energy. It seemed the girl did have a lot of potential indeed. And a capacity for rapid growth, possibly, one that was not unlike his own. Of course, Jie Shan, his was born out of the unique mishmash of genetics that made up the fiber of his being. But, still, Jie Shan was glad to know he had picked up more than a wimp for a student.
But as she bowed before him, and the word 'master' escaped her lips, Jie Shan shuddered and scowled. Shaking his head, Jie Shan held up his free hand and beckoned for her to stand. "No, no," he said, "There's no need for any of that. None of this kneeling nonsense, or 'master' junk. A simple bow will work, and I'll offer you the same. And just 'Jie Shan' will work as well."
The hybrid sighed. "Look, I'm teaching you and all, but I'm not all that into the whole 'honorable master' shtick. Just show me the same respect that you expect me to show you. Golden rule and all that."
Jie Shan, satisfied, help up a single finger as he was ready to begin his speech on the lesson for today. But before he could, his eye twitched and the words caught in his throat as he sensed a familiar ki on the horizon. Turning to face the new coming ki, Jie Shan pursed his lips and lifted the already raised hand to block the light from his eyes. It was not long before Chris, the boy he'd met during his excursion to the dojo, was beside him and claiming that he needed to talk to him about something important. And, Jie Shan noted, he even asked about Cleo.
The Saiyan asked after Cleo's name and Jie Shan paused a moment. "Cleo," he said suddenly, "Catch." And with that, he gently tossed the secondary blade in his hand to her, so that he might finally be able to have his hands free in full. The Saiyan asked about Jie Shan's teachings. "Yes," said Jie Shan, nodding, "I teach others. Well, rather, I recently started teaching others. I only have the two students thus far. Cleo, who you see before you, and another human swordsman by the name of Dou Furu. Speaking of... I wonder where that guy got off to? I'll have to send after him later."
Jie Shan shook his head, but turned to face Chris in full and offered him a small bow. "Anyways... welcome to my home, Chris," said Jie Shan, trying to sound as polite as possible, "Though, hospitality aside, I'm sure you've important matters to speak on if you sought me out here in the cold north of Earth."
Jie Shan regarded the man carefully. He had just met the man, and despite his seemingly good nature, Jie Shan was still suspicious. Call it cynicism or just put it down to the fact that old habits die hard, but Jie Shan was inherently suspicious of those of Saiyan blood. And doubly so of people who sought him out. The young hybrid hoped that Chris's intentions were pure, but there was a nagging shadow of doubt in the back of his mind, like a kind of creeping mold.
"What can I do you for?" Asked Jie Shan

Cleo would pull herself up and smile, about to speak in excitement when suddenly Jie Shan would speak. Irritated from what Cleo could gather, she would watch as Jie Shan goes into the specifics. She cannot address him as master, kneel before him, etc. He wants to be treated like how she wants to treated. She frowned a bit, looking down a bit... "Oh... alright.." she said softly, feeling a bit sad that she can't address him like a master. Though... It was actually teaching her something. The Golden rule was always important. So with that, she kept it locked in her mind to address him like a master, etc. However, that power... The power she acquired bothered her. She would swallow and slowly open her lips to speak, "Jie Shan... There's something I need to train myself with... It's a power I think I've-" and before she could finish, she felt it too.
Someone was approaching the scene. By this power level, it felt actually strong. Strong like Jie Shan. She would pull her foot back, 'Shoot... Right when I was about to spill the beans,' she thought to herself. She wanted to express her new power to Jie Shan. Why though? It was obvious because she wanted help controlling it. She would get ready to possibly fight if may be. Judging by Jie Shan's face, something was going on and that made her concern. 'Forget it... I'm going to show off the first level...' she quickly thought to herself as she closed her eyes and suppressed her own ki. She would slowly open her eyes with them black and glowing blue.
'It's getting closer... I don't know who this is but... I better leave it a surprise. If I let me power loose, it'll break my suppression...'
[Currently at PL: 52,740 with weights. However, suppressed so no one can tell what her power level is currently]
Cleo was nervous for Jie Shan to see it, so she quickly shuts her eyes. If Jie Shan was lucky, he may have spotted the abnormal event. However, it may come to show... It may not be needed. Her face was tense, she didn't look around... She relied on her senses for sight. When the individual landed, she kept her eyes shut and her ki off. However, the tone this young man would bring would... pacify her. She could feel something rather peaceful with this individual. Something nice and easy. She would slowly open her eyes... Her eyes still dark and glowing.. She would smile, actually feeling the nice side of herself again.
"I'm-" and before she could state her name, Jie Shan would interrupt her. Her glowing dark eyes would peer at Jie Shan as a sword would be tossed at her. She quickly caught it, looking surprised at him. "Thank you, Jie Shan.." she said before shutting her eyes. She felt awkward now... Her paranormal-like eyes were not present on the scene but she wouldn't know what her teacher and his friend would this. God, good job Cleo! Way to put yourself out there! Show off your stupid and weak transformation!
As Chris would smile at the pleasantries he could help but feel excited at meeting Jie again. It truly had been wonderful meeting him there back at that dojo. The way he fought, honorably and with everything he had. He had to respect that. It was a wonderful trait to have in a fight. Now his test to see truly how much Jie cared for everyone on this planet. He was training an earthling already so that did show to him a bit of care for the people. Frankly more than he would have truly needed. He was sure on his own choice now, Jie Shan fit the detail on the spot to the point. Maybe they truly would all have a chance when the day would come. If they all did end up fighting together then maybe they could actually win.
“Thank you Jie for welcoming me here, and yes it is important. Primarily..very much so..” Chris would simply say as he looked back towards Cleo. “Heh maybe I might try and learn a few things from you one day Jie, I can already see that you’ve found a good student. They are strong for an Earthling I will give them that. They definitely remind me of an old friend of mine, Galen. Probably one of my best friends, it’s a shame he just vanished. One day I would love to see him again.” Chris would say with a smirk as he chuckled a bit at the old memory. “Now then Jie, What you can do for me. Frankly I don’t want to ask you of what you can do for me. In fact..before we begin. Let me tell you a story, this story will add up to my question hence why I wish to tell you of it.” Chris would say as he would begin to recall the details of the books he had read in the lookout.
“Once there was group of not entirely heroes, but simply those who wanted to keep peace whenever they can. They didn’t specifically belong to any faction but they sought simply to protect those who needed their help. This group was known as the Z Fighters, as time passed this group slowly got pulled apart until it became a part of the Knights of the Round. It’s only goal now to protect just the earth.” Chris would finish as he would look Jie into his eyes. “I want to ask you for you help, you and your apprentice’s help in restoring that. With how strong you are, surely you can feel the turmoil throughout the galaxy. It’s needs people to help protect the peace that was once there. I want to create the Z Fighters again, this time as the X Fighters though, with no leader and no allegiance specifically to any faction. Simply holding the goal and wish of protecting the peace of the universe and seeking to fight those who wish to disturb it. Anyone is free to remain in their faction before hand, in fact I want to encourage that we accept anyone with that drive. However I don’t want it to be controlled by any faction. I want it to truly owe it allegiance mainly to protecting that peace in the universe. So Jie, will you and your partner help me with this? With or without you I’m going to still do it, I’ve seen too much destruction to not do this.” Chris would say as he would gaze toward Jie, not to him but seemingly lost in thought as he thought about the saiyan outpost.
Shaking his head he came back to the point. “There is..another thing as well. It’s a secret I’ve been holding for a while because I didn’t want anyone who I didn’t think could help to get themselves hurt. Do you remember what I had told Carmel back at the Dojo? Well the man coming after me, isn’t just after me. He’s after this planet and his name is known a Caesar, or otherwise known as Jarvis. I came here as well because I need your help..please.”

Chris, of course, thanked Jie Shan for the hospitality, which came as no surprise to the hybrid because the young man seemed like a very amiable fellow. Niceties, thought Jie Shan, how long had it been since he engaged in those? It seemed as if all his encounters these days happened in the field, far from home. For some reason, he felt the odd compulsion to offer Chris a drink, but that would only eat up more of their time. Of course, Jie Shan thought, he could send Cleo after it. But then he reminded himself that the girl was a student, not a maid, and should be treated as such.
As Cleo caught the blade, still sheathed, Jie Shan gave a start as he caught a flash of her eyes. Those, he thought, looked very strange. The young hybrid opened his mouth to say something, but he stopped himself. He would pursue that line of thought in a moment. But for now, it seemed as if Chris had more pressing matters. "Cleo," he said, "Hold a moment."
As Chris went on, he mentioned the possibility of learning from Jie Shan one day. "Well," said Jie Shan, a grin cocked to the side, "My door is always open if you want. I think I could maybe show you a thing or two, if you want to weather the storm. And yes, Cleo is very strong. I think she has a lot of potential, despite her age and humanity."
Jie Shan could go on, but Chris seemed set on telling his story. Jie Shan bobbed his head in short order, nodding the man on, ready and willing to hear the young warrior's story. Jie Shan, to give himself credit, considered himself quite the listener. People loved to expound, he noted. But Jie Shan was sure that there was a point.
Chris told the story of the Z-Fighters. Not the most imaginative name, thought Jie Shan, but he supposed there was a certain style in its simplicity. But they were a group of peacekeepers, a fine goal that Jie Shan could appreciate. An honorable task, he thought to himself, and one he oft pursued himself when he found himself caught in conflict. But it seemed as if the group had become another, an Earth-centric one. And where had that gotten them, he wondered, and why had he not heard of these 'Knights' until now. No tales of chivalry and gallantry came to mind, sadly.
But what came next caused the Saiyan to reflexively raise an eyebrow. So, Chris wanted Jie Shan's, and Cleo's, help in restoring this group to their former glory, this time branded with an 'X' instead of a 'Z'? It seemed Earth did not inspire much creative force in its people, he mused dryly, but he withheld his criticism and instead listened on as the man presented his case. He had a point. There was trouble brewing in the galaxy, and it Jie Shan knew he would not be able to ignore it. He had already all but formally cut ties with the Alliance; they did not seem set on quelling the chaos and, on the contrary, only seemed interested in stirring the pot. Damn them, thought Jie Shan with bitter disgust, fat lot of good they did.
And besides, Jie Shan had spent so long on Earth. And it had been so long since he'd truly touched base with the Alliance. Were they even the same people anymore? Jie Shan was not so sure, and he was not sure if they'd ever been what he truly expected. Saiyans had an unfortunate habit of destroying things, he thought ironically. He supposed he'd left that world behind in spirit when he'd last taken off from it all those moons ago. Now, he thought, it was time to stand with a real cause.
As Jie Shan was about to speak, the man continued his story: he revealed that he was in conflict with the mighty Caesar of Blehbarry. Jie Shan paused a moment, tongue caught in motion. He pondered this for a moment. Well, thought Jie Shan, that was unexpected. To be hunted by that man... Jie Shan did not envy Chris. But there was still a part of him that was excited by the prospect. A tiny bolt of electricity worked its way up his spine. "Quite the enemy to have," he finally said, "I imagine you've lost some sleep over it. Hell, I'm sure most would. But damn... It would be one hell of a fight."
Jie Shan nodded to himself. "I hear what you're saying, Chris, and I appreciate it," he said, voice full of confidence and resolve, "I can't speak for Cleo, but I can speak for myself. And let me tell you: peacekeeping is a fine goal. This world of ours, there's a growing darkness that we need to combat. Be it Caesar of Blehbarry or anyone else, such injustice cannot be allowed to stand. We need to fight."
Jie Shan drew himself up to his full height, blood burning in his veins. His spirits rose and his emotions were starting churn. Resolve rose in him, a certain ferocity. A visible current of blue electricity ran over his body in a short wave. "I'll stand with you, Chris," declared Jie Shan, "My allegiance to the alien powers of this world are dead and buried. I'm ready to walk the road of justice in full. Be it hell or high water, Caesar or some other monstrosity, I'll protect the innocent and good of this world. Of that, you have my word."
He offered the man a hand, waiting for a handshake. "Though you'll have to excuse me if I don't rush out to get the name emblazoned on my clothes," he said with a sudden grin and playfulness in his voice, "But I think I'll enjoy this whole lack of bureaucracy thing. I'm tired of people bandying about their titles like it speaks louder than action."
Jie Shan then turned his gaze on Cleo. "And what do you say to all this, Cleo?" He asked, "You're excused if you don't want to fight. What Chris has just pulled me into his a whole other world of danger. But, I will say this, if you remember you pain from the Overwatch Citadel, know that each day this pain is felt on a galactic scale. It's a worthy goal to try and mend that, is it not?"
Jie Shan gave her another soft smile. "Oh, and please, open your eyes. It seems you've started to undergo some metamorphosis in the mean time. Or else, you've been drinking nuclear waste and neglected to tell me."

"You will have to forgive me... Jie Shan, Chris... I've gained an ability to multiple my own power level somehow... I guess whenever I give the thought, my eyes will change along with the ki I could string forth. However, I only did this because I thought a threat was coming... Your face Jie Shan made me nervous," a calm voice said as she blinked her eyes and removed the powerful touch of power level. Indeed, now things were safe but what did this new comer want? Listening in was all she could do in the meantime. She would hold the sword close as the two would talk about the new organization like group. Ears would listen in as she played with her sword. 'Mmmmm... Keeping the Universe at peace... Geez how can we even do that?! I've never even been to space before!' and with being a thought, she hears Cleo's name when Jie Shan wouldn't speak for her. Cleo, being confused on the situation, slightly tilts her head. She knew what they were talking about but Jie Shan should assume her well by now. She said she wants to be good and protect the world! What difference would it make to include the universe?
With a few thoughts going in her head, she heard Jie Shan mention her again! This time pulling her into this conversation. She would press the end of the sword down against the ground and clear her throat. "Well... Duuuuuh... Of course I'd like to help! You're speaking to someone who loves life and the wants to protect the innocent! If you ask me something like that, you'll know I'll say yes!" she said with a smile on her face.
Stress had not been an easy thing truly to cope with as of lately, but he truly was worrying a bit over quite a few things. How he ever felt the peak of calmness ever truly was a wonder to him. Maybe he had just grown to it, for the last year or two everything had hit him so fast. It truly was different of a feeling. Yet there was peace when it did come. One day he was going to have to face it and make everything right to his own mind. That day would have to wait till he himself was ready though. Even if he was only seventeen in mind, his angelian body eighteen. He felt with all the stress piled as if he was forty. A break, and training. Those were going to have to help. He had no other ideas in mind otherwise.
As he stared towards the abyss he felt himself snapped back to reality by Jie’s words. “Yes, he is quite one indeed. I truly don’t know how I haven’t lost sleep over it. I guess him having already killed me before sort of cooled those nerves. I’ve been stressed though with training so hard..heh..I guess I need some help learning how to relax again.” Chris would say Jie as e only continued. It was interesting hearing his own ideals from that of another person, it made him feel quite a bit less..crazy. “Aye it is a fine goal, possibly one of the hardest to do, but that’s the thing about it. It may be hard, but if no one does it, what would happen then? The answer is simple, utter chaos and unnecessary loss of life.” Chris would say in a rather serious tone, the subject digging deep to home within him.
The next thing Jie said however, made him smile a bit. Cheering up his own mood even by the slightest. “Oh please like I would ever encourage that...if anything Baseball Caps is what I’d make you all wear.” Chris would say playfully back to Jie. Even in a serious time, there was always room to have a bit of fun, it was just a tough thing to remember sometimes. "If you both are in then, well I'm glad to have others helping out. Let’s bring back the peace this universe truly needs.” Chris would say with a simple smirk, as he commented to Cleo specifically.. “You know my old friend used to be able to tap into hidden powers like that, heck he kicked my arse when we first sparred that way heh. If it’s anything like that, then as you grow you will become even stronger. In form and else.” Chris would say encouragingly towards Cleo before turning to Jie.
“Now Jie, I know you can go super saiyan, but I have one question..can you go beyond?”
