He felt himself growl inwardly as some force of energy had blocked his black on its way back down. The sensation of striking a warrior that had come to face him deprived from him from this new source of power. It gave him a sense as if he was deprived what should have been his. A stain of blood an the scent in the air absent. It drove a shiver up his spine to be deprived something that was believed his. An act, a item, a person? A thing that was a gods was theirs through and through and to attempt to change fact as that was the same as striking the god directly.
An then even further after Shizen had arrived lightly late before he could speak another approached from behind. Jarvis turning but a little to late to dodge. Snarling inwardly as a tensed body was quickly coursing with ki. The claw was allowed to strike at flesh where it met only a strong force of ki and strong flesh that held back damage. Skin free of blood or scruff at the point of impact. "Tell me, Have you all accepted what you need to be to stop people like me now? How your honor must be abandoned?! Maybe you'll stand a chance against the saiyans if your not to late already. But... perhaps it all comes to late. You are all weak and forbidden to wear true crowns of matter. Death waits for you all sooner or later anyway. Your failure will mean little... My expectations were poorly placed." Turning from Chris to face Jie and floating closer to him after a few moments. Their distance closing rather quickly reducing to only a yard or two. Looking at Jie and then turning to Flare only briefly for her words. Watching her with dark eyes that seemed to ignite with flames all their own ever so briefly. For a moment it seemed as if a crown of flames was spiraling atop his head as will and gone just as quickly as if it was simply an illusion. Clouds began to part though within the skies. As well as golden rivers as well as silver streams began to harden. But it would take time for such things to dissipate fully.
"No... Your worries aren't my concern. You are a failed conquest even when won. You and your allies are cursed creatures... You will die with me being more apart of you then any other creature in your life. Let your guard down or not... what does it matter? I've already defeated you, defiled you, claimed you, taken from you. Why haven't you simply taken your own life? An kept the rest of your allies from suffering anymore because of you... Shizen!... IF the fire woman doesn't leave... Blind her, Remove her nose, Slice out her tongue as well. Leave only her ears so she may hear all the mocking words she deserves for her failure. All the false praise to those that would have her believe she gave for some value. But first kill that man that stood in my... The one who created the Barrier. Flare has a chance to leave hopefully to end her own life as she should. If she's still here when your done then carry out what I've said." He'd say turning back to Jie. He didn't seem or sound angry. Simply as if it was just a natural thing to say with a heavy truth carried with it.
"Well? Pain only comes to those that I see as crossing to far. Your people are having their pained eased bellow as you can see. But if you think we are to flee to some distant land... I think we'll stay here." He'd say with a calm and lightly chilled voice. Something within him as well feeling so very cold. Almost to the point as if it could make others feel cold around him. Was this one of those things that eluded him as he looked at Jie with dark eyes. Pupils that twisted with a dark black behind the crimson. As if a deep darkness tussled within him as if a tempest. As if spirits or shivers of sound clawed to get out from within his mind. The sensation of wondering was this a moment he needed or one he'd waited on? Or was it simply to be another disappointment? It was a sickening feeling to be free of destiny as a god. What was there when one found the devalued sensation of life and death. Gods who themselves were beings created. Were there even gods or just simply only strong beings who claimed as such. Was there a reason for any of this or was chaos the only truth to it all. Was being a god of chaos the only true thing in this twisting existence they lived in. Was this to be some false sensation or hallucination like that time in his trapped dimension. The black hole swirling within his soul an its hunger growing stronger to please just as did the voices in his head clawing to get out. So much so it was as if his skull itched from the inside. Or as if the pit in his chest where is hard should be felt as if his chest would concave and be sucked inward into the blackened abyss of the soul. It was a strange feeling wanting to hold all power and at times none. To embrace the heavens and also feel death. Perhaps he didn't know what he wanted or what the souls of gods or what gods themselves really were. Perhaps he didn't know what he desired or only would know it when he found it. If gods existed and he was one the surely destiny would find him how he searched for it? Or perhaps at the end of the day chaos... truly only chaos did reign supreme. What even was reality any longer to a being that transcended very dimensions of existence? Which was more real... the please of the man before him or the whispers of those inside him.

There were so many people that had arrived to oppose her mast, yet again. The world didn't see him the way she did, the galaxy, no the universe didn't understand him like she did. People like them, they took what they wanted from the world with no regard for others. She had always been this way, though not as violent in the past. Still, with a renewed confusion within her heart, she couldn't help but feel maybe... just maybe... they were in the wrong...
Shizen hadn't been quick enough to counter a sneak attack from behind them, though lucky Jarvis was barely even fazed by the attack at all. Their powers didn't rival his, none of them would stand a chance against him... at least not one on one. If she had learned anything about these 'hero's' was that they never fought alone. They would try to take him down together, and that was why Shizen needed to be dully vigilant.
She drew her sword from it's sheath and braced herself, her eyes darting from the fiery woman she once loved more than anything, to the angered Galen that she had met so very long ago on the lookout. She looked towards Jie Shan, the man her master had challenged then glanced back to Chris, another she had met what felt like years and years ago now... she couldn't remember their encounter all that clearly, but she remembered that even though she was the villain in that situation, he had shown her kindness.
The grip on her sword wavered as as she remembered the time she met him, then couldn't help but look back to Flare. She had been the villain then too... hadn't she? Flare hadn't done anything wrong, but Shizen had gotten completely angry with her and trashed her car... Galen... At least with him she hadn't been acting like a villain, at least not that she could remember... and now with Jie Shan, the Earth's Kami... she was once more the villain. She gripped her sword tightly, then loosened her hold, only to repeat this again and again until Jarvis' voice snapped her out of it.
What he ordered her to do was far beyond what he had asked of her on planet Natto. Back then, he simply told her to take her own life... a feat easy enough in itself... but to torture Flare like that? To openly admit everything he had done to her and still ask her to do those things to her?
'I... I'm so angry with her... She left me to die, she never came to rescue me... none of my friends did... no one here cared that I had given myself to him for them... I'll always be a villain to them, to Flare... ' She thought to herself, coming to her own self conclusions that she needed to remain by Jarvis' side... better to stick with the evil that actually cared for you... She sucked in a deep breath, and when she was ordered to attack Galen she did so without any further hesitation. She couldn't blame him for not caring about her fate, she'd only met him once before, but he couldn't expect her to care about his. If she could stay focused on Galen long enough, then maybe she wouldn't have to face Flare like he wanted her too.
As She charged at Galen, her body began to change rapidly. It looked like vines were literally growing out of her skin and wrapping themselves around her body, tightly holding her until they covered her completely. However, unlike with her encounter with Flare this power felt much more controlled. The vines shifted and moved as they altered her appearance, boosting her power level far beyond what it's resting state had been moments ago. She began to master that power, and her emotions as she became attuned to her Elemi powers.
'I don't want to hurt Flare anymore... I wanted her all to myself all that time and then he... he did those things to her... and I still... Kami damned it why is this so hard!!'
"HAAAAAAAAAAA" She yelled outwardly as she charged Galen, sword in hand. She stabbed the sword into Galen's shield, easily piercing it and watching as it slowly began to shatter.
"SOLAR BEAM" She yelled out as the power of the sun gathered within her sword, unleashing it on the other side of his barrier so it would explode within close quarters.

Galen was mad. To see Jarvis there once again, attacking his home and on top of all that, almost severely striking his friend and Master was just too much and his fiery like bright fuchsia aura was screeching like crazy as rage threatened to take the best of him. He kept his barrier up and was just waiting for an opportunity to do something when Jie Shan told everyone to stop and that made him glare angrily to the hybrid. He accepted Jarvis’ offer and decided to face him alone and even though Galen could agree on not interfering in the fight, he wouldn’t allow Jie Shan to die and that made him touch his back instinctively, where he had his senzu beans.
”Beat him!” he limited himself to say to Jie Shan, as anger interfered with his normal speech and made him way too aggressive for his own good. Galen stared at Jarvis as he spoke and it only made him grow even more furious, gritting his teeth almost to the point of breaking it. But he let his guard down and, coming out of what seemed like nowhere, Shizen came piercing through the skies of the Southern Islands and effortlessly broke thought his now brittle barrier. Galen’s eyes widened quite a bit as he stared at her. ”What?!” he exclaimed before he was furiously hit in the stomach by her blade.
It wasn’t strong enough to pierce through his resistant and powered up skin, but it did make him bleed and pushed him backwards. His left hand touched the inured spot, while his right hand unsheathed his blade from the scabbard and the ferocious pink eyes looked on the girl he quickly recognized. Shizen was a carefree and kind spirit he met on the Lookout only once and now here she was, serving Jarvis. He couldn’t help but to think he brainwashed her and in an instant, he decided he would be saving her, even if he had to beat the shit out of the girl first. Normally he would be quite reticent about doing that, but in this form he didn’t mind.
”You are Shizen! I will save you from that bastard! We will heal your heart with the Holy Water!” and that was pretty much all he good managed to say and it required indeed a hell lot of focus.
Blade in hand, he dashed forward and aimed to throw a powerful horizontal strike, aiming at her left flank, using all of his martial arts skills as the master of the Kikoukenjutsu Sword School. ”SYYYYAAAAAAHHHH!!” he roared as he attacked.
"C'mon, c'mon.." Rensu mumbled the same phrase a number of times as he jumped from cage to cage. Making multiple trips from the destruction being enacted upon the Southern Isles to a safer zone, free of imminent death. It wasn't like he cared for these inept Earthlings. He just wanted to make sure needless death wasn't today's theme. or not the main, dominant theme. There was already a number of casualties from stray spears and molten waves. Was any of this really necessary or integral to that freakshow's plan? Killing creatures who cannot defend themselves and have little to do with whatever hatred he may have? Or was this just for fun? Bah. Rensu really had no time to consider anything. It annoyed him somewhat.
Oh. Great. Chris was here. It brought on this odd feeling of relief unto the lad's heart. It seemed that Jarvis guy now had a number of enemies to ward off his assault now. It was also nice to not be on the receiving end of the confrontational stick. Granted, with the reputation that freakshow had, he likely knew how confrontation felt and was more than likely numb to aggression. Chris made some entrance, too. Entering the fray with some sort of technique and a...sorta cool one-liner. He attempted, and that was what mattered, right? Right. The youthful Saiyan had a smile drawn on his lips, though it was more closer to a half smirk than anything else. A smile was a smile. Now, Jarvis was up against Chris, some fire chick, a pissed off purple guy and Kami. On Rensu's end of things, he had Hotato, a fire guy and two more new entrants.
The first of newcomers was Carva, himself. Transformed and all, he must have wanted to get a piece of Jarvis too, since he was flaring up now. It seemed Carva must've spotted Rensu diving into the storm for whatever reason. Well, there was no use in hiding from his ally even if he knew some kind of violence was going to be gracing his ass due to Carva's erratic transformation. Multiple Earthlings in hand, Rensu found himself dashing past Carva a few times. "Here, sir!" He said aloud, giving a two fingered salute to his elder before diving back to retrieve more and more helpless weaklings- Er, Earthlings. It truly was becoming tiresome, seeing them panic and enveloped by fear. Granted, their fears were rational. Afterall, they were about to be, oh, melted by gold and silver and whatever else. If that didn't get them, surely some sort of malarky would occur and result in a swift end. Swift if they were lucky of course.
The second face, erm, voice belonged to a woman of sorts. They seemed to have tapped into his mind or something. One way or another, she was talking to him in his head. <Erm...I dunno how this works. Is there some kinda mental networking in here? Ah! Whatever, yeah, yeah! I know that!> Rensu thought to himself, silently. He'd figured she could probably read minds, too right? Well, that was more than likely not the case and really, he was 'talking' to no one. On one trip back, the man had stopped before he and Hotato. Instructing them to continue their parts. Speaking of Hotato, Rensu had not even noticed him till recently. Well, he noticed him but didn't exactly acknowledge him? Either way, it was nice to see he was here and ready to lend a hand. Every additional hand meant a lot to the survival of these innocents.
As Rensu took off yet again, he couldn't help but pay attention to the fight occurring up there. That coupled with Jie Shan breaching his mind, too. He seemed to want those assaulting Jarvis to stop and focus on helping innocents. Nothing wrong with that. But, another thing had come and grasped the youth's attention. Jarvis' minion, girlfriend or whoever she was. She seemed to be on the offense and wasn't as talkative as the resident color wheel of a villain. Rensu's eyes widened up a considerable bit as she simply broke through his defense and then activated some sort of beam based attack that projected itself through her blade's end. And that purple guy wasn't having any of it, it seemed. Out of everything going on, that small clash had spoken to Rensu. Why was beyond his explanation, but there was something about a potential swordfight that seemed kind of cool to him, fate of the planet or not.
His mind then shifted to something else. A brand new power level had made itself present and well known off in the far distance. He could feel it clear as day. It felt ominous. Well..these guys were busy with the blue man up above, so what harm could investigating that do, too? After all, Rensu was confident in his abilities. What was the worst that could happen. Clenching his fists, the youth grumbled beneath his breath before looking over to where the radiating power source had been coming from. Looking around and huffing with a nod, he decided he'd keep his strength to a minimum of zero for a clean and unknown departure. Hopefully, though, no one would get in his way and cause a ruckus. The last thing he wanted to do was hget into a fight with any of these powerhouses...WC: 902 Attempting to escape thread and tunnel into the Tree of Might RoD elsewhere on Earth. Requesting PL.
His attack, being having actually landed to his own suprise even at how strong he had gotten...That year of training...had he really gotten this strong since then? Honestly it was quite amazing to even think about that. It didn’t seem to matter much however as the moment it made contact with the creature skin it had been reflected fully. However there was something he did notice from such a close range. His attack had almost broke through....the ki reinforcing that area of the monster had no doubt weakened extraordinarily when he had pushed his attack. He may not have actually landed upon the monster, but how much stronger he had gotten over the year..if he was this close? Then maybe he could pull something after all soon. There was no need to use his full power yet, he had to save the dragon form for when the moment was truly opportune. However it seemed loud mouth was quick to speak about how they all failed his expectations. “You really know what Jarvis?..Fuck your expectations. That was your first mistake, trying to expect us to be someone you pictured in that head of yours. We don’t follow the pieces and puzzles you make, we follow our own paths...no we Make our own paths. So again, fuck your expectations.” Chris would say simply because in reality he was tired of this demon.
However Chris couldn’t deny the strong powers he sensed...it really did suck but, Jie had chose to take an honorable way out, in more ways then he probably knew. If Jie was going to buy them time, then they had to take it. Their other enemies were gathering and he could sense the powered up object...what the hell was that even? No matter...whatever it was? There was no way they could just let it go. Call it strange, but he felt as if the actual life force of the planet was...disappearing? Whatever this meant it couldn’t be good. “Jie, Galen, I know I can trust you guys to handle this...I believe in you two.” Chris would say before beginning to fly away...however he couldn’t help but notice Rensu was leaving as well...He could sense Nasu in the distance...the SGK...if these two were here to do such...He wasn’t sure he was going to be able to forgive them at all. “Flare! Let them handle this! We got to go...I feel I’m going to need your help here.” Chris would say as he truly began to fly...Not before some last words however...to an old friend. ‘Shizen..can you hear me? I’m sorry we didn’t get to talk more...I wanted to find you when I came back alive...along with others...If you must know? That man there, the one your helping attack Galen...He’s the reason I died the first time. I hope to see you again someday Shizen...no matter what you do, at your core there is one thing you can’t change. That’s being my friend.’ Chris would send with telepathy...he was trusting those two with alot, Galen and Jie, but...he trusted them. They could handle this. Sending a quick message to the one who messaged him however. ‘If you really want to help with something? Follow me...the people I’m heading towards are far more dangerous to this planet.’
Somewhere unseen. Somewhere unheard of. Deep within the recesses of Carva's mind, there exists a room. This room is covered in a dim light right now, and appears to be a study of some sort. It's round, about fifteen feet in radius, the walls lined with books on either side. Each book is special...each book shows a different memory, or the memory of a person which Carva killed or met. In the center of the round room was a screen, disembodied, not connected to anything. Just floating there. In front of that screen at this very moment, Carva kneels on both knees...tear streaked face in his hands.
Only he can hear himself talk, only he is here. For this is the room in which Rubega resides, deep within the psyche of Carva. But now? Carva is trapped here, forced to watch the events outside of his body...not even in control of himself. Carva sulks as he stands up, his broken pride reflecting in his eyes. "Quite...huge powers...no way I could compete. On Saiya...against Tarro, against Rensu...I felt indestructible. But against him..." he watched as an image of Jarvis appeared on the large screen. "...who the hell is that? My King...Nasu...only he can possess such power..."
He'd come into the storm looking to protect Rensu...but ended up being paralyzed with fear. It was...shameful. The shame of losing to Tarro never ate away at him like this...until he witnessed Jarvis in full force...another God...
He pulled himself to his feet and moved over toward one end of the library that was his mind, pulling out book after book. He'd thumb through them like a scholar, throwing each one on the floor with a great fury. "Damn it damn it damn it! This is shameful, I have no idea who this pink haired demon is...yet I fear him! How can this be?! I am Carva, I fear no one...not even Gods!"
The books on the wall suddenly began to swirl, and melt like ice cream on a hot, sunny day...the scene would appear on the screen of Carva, a child, facing off agaist the very man who now controlled his body. Rubega. Behind Carva laid the bodies of his mother and father, and to his sides...two Brenchian soldiers.
Carva growled. "Yeah...I remember that...frozen in fear of you...just like I was of that man..."
As child Carva killed the two Brenchians in his flashback, he heard the voice inwardly once again. "I've course you cowered before me, Carva...you were but a child. But maybe you never understood my message before...maybe you didn't see that...you, you're not an Earthling. You should have never been raised as one..." Rubega would finally make his point clear. "...here you are, defending a planet that doesn't even care about you...that's WHY I had to take over. You were turning soft!"
His tears would begin to dry and his facoal expression would begin to change once again. The scenery would once again shift, once again, to something completely black...spotlight highlighting what appeared to be a ship. Carva just stared at the wheel silently for a moment. He'd hear the voice once again, those of Earth warriors. He gritted his teeth.
"This isn't your planet anymore, make no mistake...you are just a guest!"
"How do we know Nasu didn't send you to destroy Earth? You're not from here..."
"How would you feel if..." so on...so forth. Carva would look down at the wheel of the "ship" and notice another hand there...that hand would belong to Rubega, who gave his nephew a serious look. "Screw these Earthlings, Carva...you are a Saiya-jin! In both race and nationality! You are a born destroyer! Now..." Rubega's blood stained lips would curl upward. "...do you feel that, Carva? Do you feel that awesome power, over there?! That power...it welcomes you...it beckons! Plus...your charge has already headed in it's direction. So if I were you, I'd leave these Earthlings to their business..."
Screw Them
Finally free. Finally he understood. Now, he took that wheel and would pilot this ship...he'd serve his king, the man who'd showed him acceptance. And he himself would show acceptance...an acceptance of the dark truth.
This world? It was not long for the once peaceful Saiya-jin, who as a child was raised as an Earthling. The Super Saiya-jin Devil's eyes would fall on Shizen and Jarvis once more. But as he noticed the Earthlings being freed around him, he simply shook his head...there was a disdain in those eyes. They didn't show him the reverence he believed he deserved. Screw them. Jarvis could have them.
Turning his back, he blasted off in the direction his younger friend and Chris had headed in, purple aura blazing like Hellfire. He had no need of love from the weak.
He was the King's Knight.

"You claim to know the definition of "pain". Allow me to show you it's true meaning!"- Carva
Things weren't good, but at least they were going smoothly. Jarvis was entertained with Jie Shan, Chris and the others, and he seemed to have an ally but nothing that would pose any trouble to the Defenders of Earth, not in matters of power. So he continued what he was doing, freeing one cage at a time and leading them to the building he was hidding earlier, it looked safe enough, or safer than any place else, and through the building the earthlings were being lead to his space ship hidden behind the same - "Luck I had decided to chill in Blizzer's, I would never think about bringing the ship with me otherwise. There should be plenty of room for most of this people. And once it's full I just comand it to go outside the danger zone, dispatch and come back for more. Simple enough..." - his eyes moved towards the imortal 'god' - "...if that thing don't notice"
And not being alone doing that also helped speed up things. He and Rensu were already at the rescue but soon Ragnarok came too. He seemed to not have noticed Hotato's already in course plan, and that reliefed him a little - "Good, if Raggy here didn't noticed, then Jarvis hadn't also"
- Ragnarok, right? I've got the transportation covered, behind that building is my ship. I'm bringing the earthlings there, you can do it also. It's set to, when full, get the ones inside it to safety and then return - he spoke only the necessary in the brief moment they met and resumed his work.
One thing came to trouble him however. Holly, the girl he had met and got interested in, had shown herself in there. Not only that, she also stated to be 'reading for an attack' - "Like hell you will!!! You don't even matter against that monster! Hey are you listening?!! HEY!!!!". The teenager did'nt know how telepathy worked but he was pretty sure he wasn't heard. But before she had done something regretable, the present Kami had spoken and asked everyone to stop, he would deal with Jarvis alone. Hotato almost laughed at the statement, feeling the diference in power between both Jie and Jarvis, but then the later lowered his own power - "Humph. Bastard is only seeking some thrill. Well, with that power level, not many can stop him anyway. Although he should've ask Nasu for that, I believe he would consent"
Funny thing that the half-saiyan had thought about his cousin, for he saw Rensu take off, fast. So did Carva - "What are these tw-...hum?!" - and then he felt. A new presence had appeared up north, an evil presence that was probably too weak at first for the teenager to have felt while near the evil god, but when the other two saiyans from the Kingdom left, he finally got his attention towards it. "Shit! Now this. But if it's just this much then those two may be able to..." - and then he felt four more power levels ascending - "...wait! I know two of these. Karota and Miso?! What...when? Uncle is alive?!!" - and all this information at once had made him confused for an instant, freezing mid air with while holding three people - "Crap! At the worst damn moment...! I can't stay here, gotta check this out"
Flying towards the building and leaving the earthlings there, his ship had gone to it's first trip but should be coming back in no time - Wait for the ship to come back and get in, understood? - and with that said he flew towards Holly, trembling a little with anxiety.
- Girl, do yourself and this city a favor and help freeing the people. I need to be going somewhere else - he then take a deep breathe and seems to calm down - Forget fighting Jarvis right now, you're not strong enough to even disturb him. Believe in Kami, help the people trapped, you can leave them there - says pointing at the building with the ship - and...be safe - the last he spoke lower, almost for himself, and looking away from her.
With that said Hotato blast away towards where his family was - "Now I can feel Nasu too. Shit! If they're not here fighting Jarvis, what the hell are they doing on Earth? And this evil presence, is their doing?! Damn it uncle! What is happening there?". To worse even more the already messy situation, his scouter has got a troubling message... - "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING THERE BLIZZER!!!!!!" - and he speeds up even more.

Most of the responses to her mental projection didn't really surprise Holly. After all they didn't exactly know her. What was surprising was how familiar all these people were to one another. The defenders all knew and apparently trusted everyone else defending the planet. They were clearly of different races too, which made the situation all the stranger. They were all familiar with the evil attacking the planet as well it seemed. On person did tell her to go after an even bigger threat against Earth. Holly didn't believe it at first. But sure enough, a dark power had risen in the distance. And there were many other strong powers around it.
<These signatures... they're responsible for killing those aliens that I sensed. They invaded that entire planet. Both of these threats are equally bad for us. That darker power though... I've never sensed it before. It's foreboding in a way that this guy isn't. It's black as night.>
Hotato then came and talked to her, telling her to free the humans down below. That made Holly visibly angry. Sure, that was an important job, but Hotato was insinuating that she stay out of a life or death situation involving her planet.
"That Kami is going to distract that being enough for my people to get out of this predicament. There's something much worst on the horizon, as scary as that is. I am not some helpless damsel in distress. Earth is my home, and I'm not going to let anyone do as they please to it just because they're strong then us!"
Holly then sent a quick message to the person staying behind to fight this threat. It was brave, to be sure. For some reason he seemed to be taking the bait. She couldn't just leave without giving him some sort of encouragement.
<Whoever you are, hang in there for as long as possible. You can't possibly kill that monster on your own. Try and stall him out as much as possible. You probably already know this, but this person seems very vain. If you have anything that can impede his movements, use them when you have the opportunity. I'll try and see if we can get any help back here as soon as possible. But it looks like that other guy is right. Something terrible is happening up in the north, and I have to do all I can to resolve the situation. Whatever it may be. Don't get yourself killed.>
The next message she gave us it was to he other strong human in the area. He was considerably stronger then her, which was surprising to her. She would defiantly have to improve her own magic later if she was going to keep us with him.
<It looks like you're handling your fight fairly well. That monster may not decide to play fair though, so watch your back. You're all very grave, facing overwhelming odds. I hope we get to talk again under better circumstances.>
Holly flew off where everyone else was gathering, intending on joining forces with everyone who intended on defending Earth. She was going to have to pick up the pace though: there was no time to think about things. She would access the situation when she got there, but for now all she could do was head north.

about Jie Shan Lan Dian
"Quotes are a waste of time. Actions speak louder than words."
Post by Jie Shan Lan Dian on Sept 6, 2017 10:10:13 GMT -5
The skies seemed to clear and the rivers of molten precious metals seemed to come to a slow stop. Jie Shan's electric blue eyes continued to stare at the false god; was the man really going to go through on his word? An electric buzz ran over the Kami's skin; the static cloak of an incoming battle and the rising arc of anger as Jarvis commanded his strange little concubine to kill Galen.
"He wasn't part of the deal, beast," grunted Jie Shan, "But he's more than capable of taking down your monstrous groupies; he's the greatest warrior this planet has ever produced."
Slowly, people began to move away from the scene. Either out of cowardice or indifference, or sensing another great thread on the horizon, much like his friend Chris, who had arrived with quite the bang, was doing. Well, Jie Shan was not going to stop anyone from leaving. Instead, Jie Shan nodded solemnly, saying nothing to his friend's words as the Saiyan moved far away from the oncoming battle to another evil on the horizon. And it seemed as if Chris were not the only one headed north; that same telepathic voice from before broke into his head and wished him look, even deigning to offer him battle advice. As if he needed it; the hybrid had been fighting all his life. Still, he said nothing back to that telepathic intrusion.
Jie Shan's entire focus was on Jarvis.
"Alright, fool," he said, "you and I, right now. You're right about one thing: I have been playing far too nice with you this entire time. But I'm the guardian of this planet now and I can't afford to make the same mistakes twice."
His fingers itched to be reunited with his blade, but that was. . . unimportant, he reminded himself. Despite his heart's desires, he needed to keep his mind on his duty. The Kami gripped his replacement blade tighter and crouched low, taking a fighting stance. It was time to test the waters. Quickly, he lunged himself at the monster king and aimed a low swipe for the man's hip.

Hello. I'm Jie Shan and I staff here. Anybody who needs help or wishes to plot is free to contact me on site, Skype, or Discord.
Also, ask me about my martial arts school: the Lightning Blade Arts!
Everyone was turning tail. Flare's stand there and growl as the god king belittled her and made her feel like even more shit. He really didn't give a single damn. Flare would continue to try and charge her attack. To make the blue bastard pay for his words with pyre. But a lingering sensation of power lingered in the back of her head as she felt something... grow. Chris had told her to flee, to come along with him. Had he gotten word of this from someone? Komatsu.. Of course. his voice rang back into her head telling of a greater danger where he was headed. It was why he didn't appear here.
"Tch..." More and more of the powers that were originally helping against Jarvis came to get a similar message and backed off either towards it or away for some other purpose. The numbers dwindled down to the point where her interference wouldn't have even warranted the ability to stop the god king if he really wanted to destroy the planet. It seemed the best ply to enact now was to let Jie actually distract and entertain the man while she wandered off to deal with the threat. It was growing larger by the minute. The sad thing? Jie seemed okay with almost just being a sacrifice for this.
"Jax! Rag! Back off, we're needed elsewhere." The young flame would regrettably lower her power and expel the flames around her fist in a swift motion. Jax would quickly lower her own charge with a few sparks and nod to her master in that regard. Ragnarok... He nodded towards Hotato and them as they also parted. So he was already planning evacuation, at least here. Good. Ragnarok's elemi fleet would probably be more suited into a massive evacuation of Earth anyways. Now that this issue was beyond a single city it seemed.
["Alright. This area will be handled with then anyways. Flare! My men, I can contact for a more massive form of retreat if need be."] Ragnarok would telepath and make his way back from the area with the captives and to Flare's side. The three collectively eyed the four of the combatants still in center of the conflict. The young flame would try and poke into the heads of everyone BUT Jarvis. A burning sensation in their spines as she projected herself in thought.
["Jie... Be careful, alright? You better get out of this fuckin' alive, you got me mister? I'll fuckin' drag you back to life if I have to. Kick his ass. And, don't kill Shizen... If you can help it. - Galen, was it? You seem to know not to kill the Hippie. You stay safe too, alright? - Shizen, play nice with Galen."] She'd give a parting speech in mind to the three of them separately before regrettably jettisoning off into the skies and away from Jarvis and them. Full steam ahead and ready for action.
["Vitalerra. Contact the fleet. Make sure they have room for a planet."] Attempting to leave. Will take PL and 15% of everyone else's PL gains via my school, plus elemi stuff. Using the Charm of Joy to guarantee escape. Reduces my gains by 30%.
It didn't take him long to notice some of the more cowardly fleeing. Allowing his mental tendrils break free for a brief moment. Normal souls weren't fleeing with such speed or by flying. When the mental power of a Kai of his power were released it wasn't hard to pin down a spirit or two. Flying streams of light while although weak or quick moving spirits on the ground made quick pin points for his mental extension that could stretch to the ends of the universe. Taking note of the saiyans that came and fled with their indecisive nature. Some souls were harder to read the others all with interesting intentions. Fools or cowards coming to make war or save souls the just as quickly fleeing to another location. Leaving only half done goals and battles left unfinished. Truly a barrel of apes and fucking monkeys the lot of them all. Souls he allowed to escape even watching Flare go as he only smirked. "This is insulting..." He'd say growling lightly. The weak began to flee so as he turned to Jie with a look of anger and extreme impatience he bit into his tongue growling. An after a second or two a splurt of blood popped and sprayed for barely a second from his mouth. His anger flowing so heavily he'd bit through his tongue lightly. His mental orders already having ordered his mother ship to be on the way orders spanning to the empire hidden in the shadow of the largest black hole in the cosmos. Kept save and free along with the one safe route to leave and get there by his benevolent power.
His mouth bled as blood began to drain down his chin and jaw to his neck. His seem utterly infuriated that people would just walk away from him. He was a god not some minor inconvenience. "Mistakes! MISTAKES! Do you know who I am!!!~ I crushed your people and their morale! I turned your fire friend into my whore and made her do it all willingly! I have wiped out races, destroyed planets, I am death in all forms and the devil in hell. The king of a great empire free of strife and bringer of death to those that oppose me. I am the one that will live for millions of years and see when your planets die and suns sizzle away! An you people think you can just all walk away! This is a duel! But its not the same now! You don't get to walk away! Not you, Not Galen, Not any of those slow moving souls bellow either! Your allies may have tried to sneak around but they hold great power the souls bellow only the slowness of normal god damn mortals!" He'd turn his side to Jie and raise both his hands to the air one still grasping onto the blade. An turning to face the spirits that fled. Those that took a moment to look back would have seen he noticed several of them. The telepathy and mind of a god was far better then their more meager senses.
His hands forming a quickly formed ball of energy that went spiraling down towards the earth. "You've come here to defeat me! You've come here to save these people and your friends!" Flashing away with speed as the blade swiped at him. Down on the ground appearing with a zipping sound as he'd try to smash his hands into the ground placing the sword back into its sheath sometime in the transition. An if not stopped launching a powerful blast within the ground bellow. A power that would send a shock wave of energy and explode around him ad cause a explosive impact and chain reaction to destroy and dissolve the city and all those weak souls trying to escape and that had been freed moments ago by the sneak spirits. "I am a god! I am not someone that you all get to dance around! You don't choose when to fight me I choose! I own you all, I can have you, kill you, destroy you, devour your goddamn souls!. Die Die Die Die Die Die Die Die Die Die Die Die Die Die!" Keeping himself in the center of the explosion if it occurred preparing to build a crater where only memories would remain. He himself as a glowing beacon of power in the center. A bright aqua aura forming all around him as he'd form his blast underground. The power of a comet at his finger tips. If it was succesful or not he'd either look at what was destroyed after as his body would be lightly blackened in soot and dust. An turn to face Jie, Shizen and Galen. "You don't get to die today... This was my victory to have... an you all turned away from me for that saiyan... I'm going to make you mind. This is a day you will never forget until your soul fizzles out for all of time when I am done." He said the dust and soot lightly disturbed by a few tears that seemed to leave his eyes as well as the blood that stained his jaw. His anger and mixed emotions so confusing and powerful at the moment he'd actually not even thought to power up when he attacked bellow.

Shizen's gaze was locked onto Galen, no longer truly listening to her Caesar's words as he spoke to the Kami of Earth. They weren't her concern right now. So long as she did as she was told with Galen, she wouldn't have to hurt Flare and she could finally go back to their world and see her daughter. Her intense gaze was lined with tears as she stared at him with such conviction. She had someone she was fighting for, she was fighting to get her daughter back but... this was becoming harder by the minute.
She was out of hell now, and the longer she spent on Earth, no longer corrupted by the Demon Queen's cursed water, the more she began to truly realize all of the things she had done and it was internally tearing her apart. As she faced Galen she realized just how far she had gone, and how far she still had to go to get what she wanted. She would kill to keep her daughter safe... she couldn't count on them, but then again she couldn't count on Caesar either...
As he began to chat out the word "DIE" over and over again she realized just how far gone he had become after he had been sealed away in hell, how far gone all of this corruption had changed him even just from the time they had met.
"You can't save me, Galen. I'm far beyond saving now... I'm sorry but I have to kill you so I can keep them safe, I hope you'll one day understand." Her words were low, lacking true conviction as she gripped her sword tighter whenever Galen lunged at her after swearing to save her. She flew forward now as well, her brilliant green wings of energy dancing in the light behind her as she did so. She swung her sword towards his own, blocking the strike from cutting into her. However, their strength was so evenly matched she couldn't push him away or even alter their positions enough to get the upper hand. The swords continued to sing against one another as Shizen tried and tried to push forward, eventually needing to take a step back and allowing the swing of Galen's momentum to continue. It missed her nearly completely, leaving only a small cut on either of her forearms. She hissed before aiming her sword towards Galen, the vines that encased her body now snaked around the sword and shot towards him with incredible speed, aiming to twist and bind Galen in their grasp. If they were successful then small flowers would begin to sprout, emitting an invisible gas that would begin to poison the swordsman slowly.

The human swordsman was ready to fight, but still he was concerned. Galen didn’t fail to notice the foul and immense power level that appeared on the northern highlands, but even though it made him feel a weird sensation, as if something really bad was going to happen there, he couldn’t help but to think that handling Jarvis was a more urgent matte since the guy was an actual god, a twist of fate granted by the dragon balls, handed to him by the very right hand man of the previous Kami, Akiko, an act of utmost betrayal, that wasn’t even taken into account, as the boy was not even scolded by her. Akiko’s age was a dark one, and he was glad it was over, not only as a Tower Keeper, but as an earthling too.
However, he couldn’t put too much thought on it for the time being as he was way too busy fighting against an opponent that was nearly as strong as himself, even though her movements revealed she was either completely untrained, or too much into her own rage to be able to move with the finesse expected from a true warrior. He couldn’t let his guard down as he didn’t know what Shizen had up her sleeves and on top of all that, he was handicapped; Galen wouldn’t kill her and she would kill him without a second of hesitation and that just made things a tad bit harder.
Shizen was clear enough, saying he couldn’t save her as she had reached a point beyond salvation. The half-elemi even apologized and said she would have to kill him and hoped he would understand one day. Galen was mad because of his transformation, but he could still think as himself and due to that he growled and shook his head as he dashed forward to attack her. ”I WILL SAVE YOU!” he roared with all his lungs. ”No matter what you think, no matter what you do! You were once a good person, Shizen! I remember! You had friends here and this false god Caesar twisted your heart! You can’t kill me, because I have in me a pure desire to shine some light into your darkness!” and his resolve as unshaken, sparkling inside his pinkish eyes.
When their attacks clashed, he managed to prevail because of his superior technique and he cut her forearms. But as soon as he did that, he heard Christopher bidding his farewell, saying he was needed elsewhere and that made Galen glance towards him with the corner of his eyes. ”Are you freaking serious?! We are not having an easy time here, Chris!” his tone was aggressive because of the Super High Tension, but he was indeed in disbelief and mild anger because of his attitude. It was too late as the hybrid was already on his way north, quickly followed by the other warriors who were there and that made Galen feel even more shocked, frustrated and angered. ”W-what the hell?! How can they belittle Caesar’s threat?! Dammit! Me, Master Jie and Miss Flare may still be able to hold it up… But… Oh shit!” when he noticed his distraction left him wide open it was a bit too late.
The half-elemi’s vines were already sneaking around his sword and aiming towards him. Galen pushed his sword back barely in time to block it, but the vines wrapped itself around his sword and sword hand, sprouting small flowers. At first they didn’t seem to do anything, but then Galen felt something hurting him from the inside and he coughed quite a load of blood. ”UGH!” he grunted as his insides were cramping like crazy in pain. ”T-this… Poison…” he realized a bit too late.
At the same time Flare decided to leave them too and that further infuriated Galen. ”You’ve gotta be freaking kidding?! Are you insane, Miss Flare?! We can’t possible handle them alo…” once again, as it was already far too common for Galen, he was ignored and the elemi vanished together with her allies. Now it was Jie Shan and Galen versus Caesar and Shizen and the odds weren’t in their favor. Galen was far too angered to answer Flare’s words that echoed into his mind and he just growled at her, feeling abandoned and somehow betrayed by all his allies. Whatever was going on up north wasn’t worth leaving the two of them to die, especially because there were other warriors already there.
This anger was shared by Jarvis, who, on his self-centered whim, started crying as he felt belittled by the Earth defenders, saying they turned away from him for a saiyan and that he would be making them regret it. And as promised, Jarvis went down to the city, where the people had been saved and used a very powerful technique that was about to completely annihilate all of them. The power was too much for Galen to do anything, especially now that he was bind by Shizen’s vines and he also doubted Jie Shan could do something about it.
People were going to die.
People Christopher and Flare could’ve saved and that made Galen’s heart race like never before. ”NO!” he exclaimed as tears came down his angered eyes. The human glared back at Shizen, tightening the grip on his sword, wrapped by her vines, keeping her close enough to him. He coughed once again and blood was spilled from his mouth due to the poison and, gritting his teeth he spoke to the girl. ”I’m defeating you now! I’m sorry, Shizen! But stakes were never this high! I have lives to save!” Galen uttered as his free left fist glowed with bright pink ki. His stance changed immediately to reflect that of the turtle school. ”Master Cornatto, lend me your power!” he focused as he threw a powerful energy enhanced haymaker to the girl’s face. ”SUPER GOD FIST!” he roared with all his lungs as his fist reached her face.
Galen was pouring all of his power onto that punch, but he would hold back enough so that she wouldn’t die. But he was aiming to knock her out at once, without leaving a space for her to heal after the attack. The punch had enough power to kill her should he want to do so, but he was true to his word. Should he hit her, Galen would promptly grab her to avoid letting her die from the fall.
She had to go down, he had a bigger fish to catch, and that bigger fish was Jarvis.

about Jie Shan Lan Dian
"Quotes are a waste of time. Actions speak louder than words."
Post by Jie Shan Lan Dian on Sept 10, 2017 10:10:57 GMT -5
Jie Shan's blade swiped through the air, cutting like some sort of steely bird of prey. But even as he was making his moves, the monster god was making his. The man formed a brilliant ball of energy and sent it into a death spiral towards the earth, all the while moving out of the way of Jie Shan's blade with a slick snap vanish. It was a fluid motion, and even before Jie Shan could correct his own course. In a panic, Jie Shan reached out for the ki of his foe and found it at the bottom of their arena. Turning his eyes downward, his gaze became centered on the deadly orb of energy that was rushing towards the Earth with the intention of destroying the area around its zone of impact.
Cursing beneath his breath, the Kami knew he was left with precious few options. Was the mad king really ignored him in favor of trying to destroy a city? A city that Jie Shan was sworn to protect. A crack of electricity ran over his body as his energy flared once again. In a beautiful bolt of golden energy, Jie Shan began a swan dive towards the ground, energy flowing to his hands as he went. The crackled of lightning and thunder filled the air as he continued his arc towards interception. A blade of sparking lightning began to form in his hand as he flew and before long, his ultimate technique was ready for action: the Lightning Blade! In a flash, he put himself between the orb of the dead god and swung.
The blade of lightning and the orb of malicious energy clashed in a blinding light show. Jie Shan's muscles screamed out as ki bristled against ki, the two forces struggling for supremacy. But even now, Jie Shan could feel the Caesar's energy winning out over his own. In a blinding flash, the Lightning Blade burst away and the King of Hell's attack was left standing, but diminished. With no other options, Jie Shan said a desperate prayer to the forces that be and threw his arms open and caught the rest of the blast. In an evil explosion, the Kami was rocked by the powerful attack. In the shock of the attack, his body dropped from the Super Saiyan state. Gold faded to silver, teal became sullen black.
And in another flash of power, the attack spit him out and Jie Shan fell towards the earth like a silver shooting star.
The Kami's body went limp and he smashed into the ground near the Caesar, a crater spreading beneath him. The Kami laid there on his back a moment, his mind and body reeling from impact. Little sparks of bio-electricity fell from his body, the Elemi blood in his veins calling out. Slowly, he began to raise and he spat at the false king.
"You!" He cried hoarsely, "Fight me like a man! They might be running, but you still have me right here in front of you!"
His Saiyan blood boiled, his Elemi blood bristled. Lightning crackled from his body as Jie Shan slowly stood to his full height, energy coursing around him in his base state. A brilliant bolt of light when veering off to the side, his natural lightning vaporizing one of the bits of debris that was laying about from his impact.
"You want somebody to take you seriously?" He demanded, "You want somebody to fight you!? Well, guess what: I'm right here!"
Storm clouds began to gather overhead, darkening the skies.
"You walk on this planet freely, taunting as all the while, and when someone finally shows up to confront you, all you can do is throw a fit!" He roared, voice strained.
Thunder broke out in the sky. Jie Shan could feel his power rising, his energy flying skyward in a hurry, spiking like he was a well of power.
"I know your kind!" Cried Jie Shan, "People are tools, games to you! Nothing but playthings for you to toss about and destroy when you get another cruel game in that head of yours!"
A bolt of lighting burst from the sky and struck the ground beside Jie Shan and his own lightning began to stir with more intensity, rapid waves of the stuff running over him like waves on a stormy sea. His hair and eyes were changing rapidly too; silver to gold, black to teal, and changing back rapidly too and fro as his body struggled with its rising energy.
"I don't give a damn if I am nothing to you," said Jie Shan, "because only right here and right now matters. I swore to protect this planet, and I'm not breaking a promise ever again! I am making a stand, even if it kills me!"
Something within Jie Shan's heart of hearts snapped. The rage that had been boiling in his veins finally reached his core and spilled over. A golden, violent aura suddenly flared around him, dancing with lightning. The storm overhead went mad, thunder and lightning raging above, nature itself being afflicted by this sudden and violent rise in energy. Another crack of lightning came down and Jie Shan's power reached its zenith. In an explosion of fury, a shock-wave burst from Jie Shan and the ground below him was vaporized instantly as dust was thrown to the wind.
Lightning coursed around his body like barbed wire, coursing tight around each swelling muscles. Silver and black finally went gold and teal for real and his hair stood on end once again, albeit with many more spikes than before, almost as if forming a golden crown or halo.
He floated there, ground beneath him blown away, Jie Shan staring at the Caesar. There was raw hatred in Jie Shan's eyes, those Saiyan orbs alight with pure rage and magnified cruelty. Jie Shan's mixed blood demanded he spill someone else's.
More lightning broke from him as his golden aura blazed like the brightest sun, a beacon of light in the darkness of the storm.
"I will break you," growled Jie Shan, "I will make you suffer for your crimes!"
WC: 1026
So a lot happened. Jie Shan intercepted Jarvis's OT-3 using his ULT, the Lightning Blade. It has 4,990,304/4,678,410, and reduces Jarvis's attack by that much. Jie Shan takes the brunt of the remaining attack, which is survivable.
And, with his rage and desperation boosted by the recent turn of events and damage taken, Jie Shan has unlocked Super Saiyan 2!
He snarled at watched and listened with dust upon his body from the crater that been created even if the city had been saved at least from the majority of the shock. But the king felt the sting of wet on his cheeks an dust upon his powered body. The heat of hells energy emanating from his flesh. Letting out a angered sigh or perhaps even a growl as he let the boy continue his speech as lightning and energy flashed. A bug trying to change like he'd seen many do before. Reaching within themselves to pull forth some great power of their conviction... Which was almost never enough. It was a spectacle but a spectacle he had witnessed several times over.
"Aye boy, Its all a game. That's its always been is a game. I can outlive you, out power you, those that praise me are protected and hidden from my enemies. I'm a better King and God then you or your people could ever be. Even this... Its just a game. You summon your power an yet I face you with my body as natural as it can be. If this planet or your people were anything other then pawns in the games of the galaxy do you think this would be so?" He growled heavily as a bit of hot air bellowed from his lips. His body growing in sweat that slowly made the black soot ball in black droplets that fell from his glistening mucked body.
He held up his hand open showing his palms. The hand that belonged to the ruler of realms of men and soul. "I've destroyed planets with these,... I've crushed the souls and lives of entire races with these. In mere months I've used these to crush within a fist empires that stood in existence for thousands of years. I've taken to bed demonic lords and rewards taken from my enemy. I've humiliated you and my enemies time and time again. The few defeats you hear of with my name also come with costs so great you can't truly call them victories! An whats more after all that..." Lowering his hands to his sides open armed for a moment as if to display himself. "Here I stand." Turning his head to watch Shizen and Galen battle. As well as what darkness had already fallen this city. A city he wanted gone the more this one wanted it to live.
"Your friend is going to die along with this city most likely. As well so many other families... Men, women, children, beasts. You want them to live so I'll make them all fall then I'll build upon their ashes my own temple. A place of my power upon this world to rival your great place. After all who the hell do you think you are anyway... Punish me? I killed the great soul that judges souls and the one that stands there now I have violated at her pleasure." He'd grumble as a bit of fire would grow around him and a spiraling flame began to form above his head where a halo would have been if he were a dead soul. Small holes began appearing in the air as well that held a black crimson hue within them. Screams of the damned echoing out and a energy mixed with this sound that gave a glimpse into the worst depths of hell. The spiraling flame above his head forming a burning crown upon his head.
"You don't get to punish me... I am the punisher of souls and lives. I am your Devil..." Growling as when he finished he launched himself forward. Trying to throw his hands forward and grab onto Jie's sides, or his face, or shoulders. Whatever he could grab with his hands as he'd try to lurch forward and sink his teeth hard into Jie's face if he could get a grasp. Trying to bite hard if he could close enough.
