[PL seen on scouters of 11,719,811 - Unsensable] The special building constructed on the high cliff was a thing of interest to say the least. A beacon to its people as well as a sign of a more perhaps even holy spiritualistic symbol for others. although in his present mind Sam sall little more then a destination. A power inside that he'd hoped from piecing bits of corrupted files together would prove to be one of the few individuals that could actually help. For now it was labeled a possible asset in his data banks. But he'd have to make further attempts at probing and gathering Intel to find out the for sure definition of what he could label this one as or even if it was truly who he was after. His speed was incredible and given his height and how he remained hidden from those that could feel energy of organics since he wasn't actually alive and now and again even under powered his core to lower the readings on scouters or scanners as well at times. For now that that hardly worried the programs in charge.
It neared the building as the tiny creature standing barely a foot tall and eight inches landed before the door with a light tap tap of two dented up little feet upon the grass and dirt bellow. It's right arm was missing and giving a few light sparks as well. The lower arm was there but the wrist and hand were gone. Several areas had plating missing and what was there was mix matched of white and gold armor plates. With so much covering missing though one could see some of his metal skeleton you might call it as well as several spots of his inner workings. Almost like a view into his inside or what makes him tick. Like looking into the soul of another being.
He wasted little time making his way in looking around and as he entered making a sudden and abrupt loud fog horn like blare. Making sure to draw anyone in the building to him. Hoping not to waste time looking for whoever was here and hopefully the person in charge as well. If his files were right they'd have more information on the artifact. Perhaps could help him locate them more quickly. It called out into the darkness it's translator speaking in namekian however not in the more common tongues.
It said in that cold lightly broken radio voice it had. Void of any emotions but more like a broken radio with a busted out speaker. lightly screeching in some sense of the word as well. It announced itself and in namekian tongue tried to speak unsure if it would be understood or not. But until then it simply waited. Watching as a little eye scanned and in whatever direction Ryu came from he'd already be looking in that direct... Walls or other obstacles he had the ability to see through with proper scanning tools and a few other upgrades. But in this case a diplomatic program felt it was best to let this one have a chance to come to us rather then the other way around.
It was unusual for Ryuteki to not be lazing about the roof of the lookout staring out at the clouds, but today happened to be one of those rare days. Ryuteki had been inside of the lookout going through documents that were given to him by Toru in regards to the alliance they had with the Remnant Alliance. All of this formal stuff was such a pain in the ass, but he supposed it was necessary? IT wasn't like Namekians had contracts of treaties or things like that, so this was all very foreign to him.
when he heard a light tap at the door he would sigh, putting down his quill and groaning. He would lazily push himself up to his feet, and by the time he was headed for the opening to the main room, a loud fog horn sounded his caused Ryu to stop dead in his tracks, covering his sensitive ears with a pained expression on his face. Just WHAT exactly was that sound!? did it have to do with the tapping earlier? Was he under attack? He didn't want to approach whoever was speaking in the other room, his hands still on his ears so he didn't even clearly hear what it was this thing was saying.
He was the Guru... he just had to suck it up and get out there... right? Maybe whatever this noisy thing was needed help? Another sigh escaped his lips as he stepped out into the open, hands still on his ears until he was sure that whatever was making that noise wasn't going to do it again. What he ended up finding however was strange... this thing was made of metal, just like the saiyans space ships, and yet it was able to move and talk on it's own? a little talking ship?? Ryu tilted his head curiously at that, lowering his hands as he began to speak.
"I'm afraid I cannot understand you little Ship, although parts of your words sound Namekian? You know our language? Who are you?" She asked genuinely curious about what exactly Sam WAS.

The robot shook lightly as its missing plates of armor and sparking body occasionally gave brief flashes of light from the malfunctioning mechanics within itself. It wasn't in anywhere near the best working order on the outside just as much as the inside. Although the outside was a bit more obvious of a observation for anyone actually around the area. Sam scanned the being though before him once it finally showed itself. Various data on weight, height, skeletal structure and several other things all being taken into account in its data gathering as it tried to assess the situation a bit better now that more data had presented itself. It didn't show much emotion or any signs of much thought or action during the process. It was as cold and still as one might imagine such a machine to be. It was only on completion of this task it finally began to speak again.
(The site shows a correlation to the one known as Guru. Little data is known but speculation of a link to artifacts is suspected. File fifty four dash two and sixty dash three missing. This one requires any data or aid in gathering artifacts such as these.)
It said in its broken sound system the language formatted to the Namekian tongue as well as ti questioned into that of Guru and its possible connection to the artifacts. It didn't answer the question at first presented to itself but after a few moments one of the lesser programs won out in a battling set of programs to have the unit speak again briefly.
( Who this one is has little relevance. But I am not a ship, I am a unit built for several purposes that is not fully up to grade. But do to pressing matters I must insist I continue with my programming and objectives. Upgrades or alterations can be prepared later at a more appropriate time. )
Its voice explaining lightly in a cold but what it saw as a rational explanation. its hand raising as the hologram of the dragon ball spheres began to form. The image crackled in and out now and again but held solid for stretches of seconds now and again ensuring the man would have gotten a good look at it either way. The hologram coming out of the robots one remaining hand and undamaged arm. Or at least least damaged arm.
"Artifacts?" Ryuteki would break out, still curious yet now cautious of the little creature in front of him. It's spoken Namekian tongue still broken and a bit difficult for him to decipher. It soon became clear though that the little machine was after the Dragonballs as it displayed their image in the palm of it's hand somehow. Ryu still didn't understand technology very well, but he wasn't naive enough to think of it as magic. The Saiyans had shown him enough to expect this sort of thing. Speaking of which, he had expected outside forces to come seeking the dragonballs for some time, though he always imagined they would be... more menacing.
"I'm afraid I've never seen such artifacts before little unit. What kind of strange orbs are these? I may know someone who could assist you in your search if I had a little bit more information as to what this is, and why you are seeking it out." Ryuteki outright lied to S.A.M, not willing to let the secrets he felt fall into the wrong hands. At least, not without first knowing his intentions with the Dragonballs. He had allowed Komatsu to use them because his wish was noble and good. He wished to bring back the lives of so many that were lost over the last year. He couldn't rightfully deny such a wish, even if the saiyan race's alignment was questionable.
"Also, who you are is quite relevant little unit, or should I continue to call you such?"

It would remain in light silence after a short time as if doing calculations perhaps. The red eye one of the few things not showing signs of wear on its body focused rather directly on the green man after it answered him. It was a almost eerie stare blank and void of any emotions. The gaze of the red lighted eye never blinking or wavering much as one might expect from a soulless machine. The moment would drag on for several seconds as it searched its memory banks and downloaded files from the archives it tapped into in the prior days.
"I-I-I-I believe this is is the location of the G-g-guru guru. If you do not know of what I speak perhaps he would? My files show a direct tie to such a f-f-f-figure and these creations." Its voice programs now and again working a bit clearer but always hard to understand. The language still remaining in the namekian tongue though as it tried to communicate. Its head turned lightly from one side and then to the other. Bright lights coming from its eyes in flashes shooting out like holographic sheets of light. Moving up and down ad it began to scan the walls and surrounding area looking for other signs of life or anything its scanners would pick up as strange or anomalies.
"This one has not been given an appropriate mind." It would respond though after a moment a strange static load sound briefly after playing from its speakers. "Several files, core components, and a AI core are missing. I'm afraid I cannot provide you with much explanation for these reasons as well as you don't hold clearance levels. Now please... Allow me some knowledge on either the artifacts, the guru, or point me towards a target or location that could help me with such things if you yourself cannot-not-not-not-not." It would give itself a thwack to the side of the head with its good arm stopping itself after it seemed to continuously repeat itself briefly thanks likely to another glitch in its systems.
Biological Limiter Active! Actual Power Level: 11,245 PL/8434
PWC: 345 TWC: 345 It had been a few days since Abscis's awakening, since his climatic battle with the sayian girl Letti. The bio-android had since been roaming the endless green plains of Namek, searching for any that would help him grow stronger, or indeed provide him any sort of purpose. Simply hunting down isolated creatures no longer provided any sort of challenge for him, and barely seemed to increase his own strength. In comparison, after he had healed from his fight with Letti, the bio-android's strength had nearly doubled, far outstripping his pitiful former maximum. He was even able to double this power back onto itself, creating a sort of limiter that could help him harvest more strength from each encounter, but he had had nobody to test it on. That was, nobody until a few minutes ago, when he had sensed a massive ki signature, rivaling the greatest he had ever sensed, originating from somewhere atop a large mountain.
The bio-android stealthily scaled the peak, hauling his awkward frame up and over each obstacle. Observers at the top of the mount, if they were looking directly at the spot, would notice the top of Abscis's head peaking over the precipice, before quickly retracting. Surprisingly, the single powerful ki signature the bio-android sensed was not isolated and instead was accompanied by a strange metal ball, that possessed no energy at all. Strangely, the green one seemed to be talking to the metallic figure, answering some question about some sort of artifact. Clearly, the creature had gone crazy, most likely due to isolation. The being was a prime target for absorption, but Abscis decided to go for the slow kill on this one, a crazed animal was usually the most dangerous. Abscis's body crackled and stretched for a moment, as he transformed into a perfect replica of a warrior-caste Namekian.
The disguised Abscis would climb up to the top of the ledge, and began walking towards his target, raising his right appendage as he had seen others do. "Hello fellow person!" Abscis said, the words sounding oddly forced, "How you be?"
It took a lot to get under the Guru's skin, but it seemed like this little mechanical creature was doing it with relative ease. It still hadn't introduced itself and sounded quite forceful and a little too determined to find the Dragonballs. While he mentioned being allied to the Remnant Alliance, Ryuteki wasn't so sure... perhaps this was a matter better dealt by the alliance? He knew he sure as hell didn't want to give this thing access to the orbs.
"I'm sorry little creature, but your search might be better guided at the Remnant Alliance's Citadel. I am sure that Overseer Komatsu would have far more information in regards to this than I." He explained calmly before his eyes would shift at the sudden sensation of a power level approaching them. It wasn't nearly as strong as what he was used to sensing from the Saiyans, though seemed to fit one of his own race with some significant training.
Sure enough, a Namekian would climb over the edge of the lookout, causing the Guru to raise an eyebrow but say nothing in regards to the strange action. HE was after all more powerful than most, perhaps this was in some way... special training? Although when he spoke Ryuteki just couldn't figure out what the heck was wrong with him.
"Welcome brother, have you come seeking guidance?" He asked in true Guru fashion, though still very much aware of the strangeness of this Namekian.

Turning as another entered shortly after he'd considered intensifying his interrogation tactics. Sam's scanners turned picking up something odd or a anomaly perhaps in this ones genetics. But a crack and a pop in his circuits caused a light bit of steam to rise from one of the cracks in his upper plating. His missing arm as well smoking just lightly. The scan's were on the fritz lightly again. So he'd just have to assume perhaps it was some power abnormality or basic mutation. This race had a mutated clan of many variations of there people so perhaps that was all this was. For now it was a minor issue the majority of the controlling programs didn't choose to worry about to much as of yet. Filing it for later thought should it come back up.
"Overseer Natto does not answer his calls on sent messages, Nor does the second Tomoroko... I have been told of another faction known as the kingdom some who have taken their own idea of things but have yet to confirm it. Later investigation may be required. Given not even Miso or Karota are answering their calls. My data on the frequencies used could be outdated. I have heard of a over seer Komatsu but this is still unconfirmed data. Our main goal for now is the artifacts. If you are not the Guru then please lead us to this one." He'd turn though to the new man taking a few steps and at least having some idea of the mans power level before his scanner had sparked a bit.
Looking at the new arrival he'd take a moment as his eye would show a bit of holographic light as it was clearly scanning the man a bit directly. This more of a formality trying to use one of its back up scanners given its normal one was being a bit of a issue. Once the light was finished it would ask simply. "Are you the Guru then? Have you arrive finally? Are my data files out of date and is this no longer the home of the Guru?" He'd think to himself searching maps of the locale but finding nothing in his data showing any other similar homes with this odd geography. He was beginning to question if someone was being true with him or not.
The transformed Abscis would continue walking towards the pair, stumbling a bit every few steps before recovering. He wasn't used to this bipedal idea, the lack of another pair of legs and the reduction of knees to a simple pair was throwing his balance way off. Abscis wasn't sure if he could even run in this shell, let alone fight at his full capacity. If he was to succeed in this little game, he would need to be very careful. This green one was the by far and away the strongest of his kind that he had every sensed, twice his own full power. The bio-android was almost salivating over the chance to absorb such a specimen.
But no.
His mind had developed quite a bit in the preceding months, enough so that Abscis was able to recognize that such a frontal assault would get him killed, regardless of any of his genetic abilities or trickery. For now, it was best to keep his cards close to his chest.
Namek-Abscis first turned to the green one, "Thank...brother. Me happy on guidance for now. Me come to see what commotion be about. What this ball?" Abscis queried, waving his front appendage sloppily at the smoke steaming out of said ball. To Abscis's vast surprise, the ball began to speak! He listened as the strange object spouted of terms and people the bio-android knew nothing about, or truly cared to learn. Kingdoms and Overseers, what bizarre concepts. What did catch his attention is how the ball referred to him, asking if he was a....G-u-ru. Namek-Abscis cocked his head, "What be Garu? Me no Garu." PWC: 274 TWC: 619
"If you wish it, little creature, I can get you in contact with the second in command of the Remnant Alliance. His name is Toru and I believe he may be the best person for you to speak with in regards to this... Natto and Tomoroko. Forgive me for not knowing more. As for the Guru, unfortunately I cannot guide you to him until you have spoken to the Alliance." He wasn't about to give this little robot what he wanted, and he seemed to want the dragonballs. Something seemed wrong with it in his opinion, though he knew nothing of mechanical creatures...
He returned his attention to the other Namekian that had arrived, trying not to show the suspicion on his face. He sounded... for lack of a better word, stupid. He knew his people, and they were all far more educated than what he sounded like. Ryuteki would take in a deep breath, rubbing the spot on his forehead between his antennae. Just what the heck was going on...
He walked back into his private chambers, retrieving the handheld communication device that Komatsu had given him and activating it.
"Councillor Toru. Forgive me if I am interrupting anything. There's a small creature here that would require the aid of the Alliance. It hasn't given me a name, only that it's after the Dragonballs, and after people called Tomo and Natto..?" With the message sent, and confirmation received from Toru, Ryu would put the device away before returning to his guests.
"I apologise for that... now, if you would both kindly wait outside. There is no commotion, only a curious creature seeking assistance. We will all wait on Toru, and hopefully he can clear this all up for us." Honestly he was hoping for Toru to be his backup here... He didn't expect either of them to get aggressive, but the Namekian wasn't who he appeared to be, and that worried him. WC: 323

The communication device on Toru's desk would start to ring, startling the older saiyan awake as he had fallen asleep atop his stack of paperwork. He'd rub his eye sheepishly before pressing the actvator, and Ryuteki's face would appear on his desk.
"Guru Ryuteki... is everything alright?" Toru would ask, straightening up as he listened to the Guru's words... someone was looking for Natto and Tomo, along with the Dragonballs? What on Earth... they had been dead over a decade, and NOW someone was looking for them? That didn't make sense... how did anyone not know they were dead by now..? This screamed suspicious to him and so the saiyan didn't waste any time getting up to his feet. He propped open the window of his little self made office and flew off into the skies of Namek, blasting off towards the location of Guru's lookout.
Once there, he would hopefully find the trio waiting for him outside of the Guru's home. He'd come in for a landing at the edge of the high rock, crossing his arms over his chest as he looked to them all in turn. An extra Namekian, and a strange, broken down bot.
"Heyo. My name is Toru... so, someone want to fill me in on what's going on here?" WC: 215

This was all proving to be quiet the runaround. Several programs were wondering if this had been a false errand to consider this a lead for information but a few of the programs still held out hope for some sort of information to come to light. It simply nodded and allotted the time to wait as the large green man went off to make his communication. The small droid a bit dissapointed when this other green warrior though yet again was not the guru. He was beginning to wonder if he'd acquired the wrong location or information on the whereabouts of this guru of the artifacts. Although before long yet another did seem to arrive.
"We require information about the dragon balls. Their gathering must be done immediately. If you have any information on them or the where about's of the Guru please let us know. We were told neither of these two are the Guru." It would say with light suspicion given how the one was greeted with the title he denied earlier. The small droid beeped several times perhaps running a few programs deciding how to take this new found information.
