[BG] [PT-1] God Omen: Such technique is simply a passive state of the body, where the user has learned to expel further power that would normally be drawn back because of the limits of its own body, thus enhancing the user’s physical attacks. It doesn’t have any particular physical trait. [Grants a +x1 boost to offensive techniques. Not Upgradeable]
[IN] [PT-3] Limit Breaker: The Limit Breaker technique is on another level compared to the God Omen. The latter lets one freely release excessive energy, while Limit Breaker allows the user to force power out of their body. Such also results in a huge drawback, which may respectively be either offensively or defensively, given the circumstances. It does not result in any physical alteration. [x3/-x3. Not stackable with bulking/speed bulking. Not Upgradeable]
[AD] [OT-1] Meteor Assault: The user charges at the opponent and roundhouse kicks them up into the air. Then, he flies up in the air and punches the opponent away. Next, he flies up over the opponent and down behind to double kick them further up into the air. Finally, the user flies up into the air around the opponent and hook kicks them down into the ground. [25% Damage]
Techniques:
[PT-1] Instant Transmission: The user puts his index and middle finger to his forehead and locks onto a familiar energy signature, allowing them to teleport to their location. This ability can also break through different planes of existence, such as the Afterlife. It is also possible to bring only one person along with them. [The user can freely travel back and forth from one board to the other only once per a determined period of time. Once the user teleports somewhere, they can only go back and not teleport anywhere else until the time limit is over. They can also bring along only one person at the time. It can be upgraded respectively: 2 Months/1 Month/15 Days. Requires [PT-1] God Ki Sense to travel to the Afterlife and Makai]
[ST-1] Finesse of the Arts: The user applies their knowledge of the martial arts in a versatile manner to their arsenal, enhancing the ability not in a manner of power or speed but rather on a case by basis, change its usage to include a particular effect. [Use one stamina point to add a status effect to a technique]
[ULTIMATE] Ultra God Fist: The Ultra God Fist is a step further up when it comes to power, at least if compared to its Super God variant. The technique is especially benevolent as its power receives a remarkable boost by the user’s feelings to confront evil. It is also noticeable from the bright, manifestation of energy in the user's fist whom then launches forth with a punch to the opponent, dealing a large amount of damage. [If the opponent is good, even if they’re hit by the technique, it deals no damage at all. If the opponent is neutral, it can be charged but deals the damage of an OT-3 technique, and it can not be blocked. If the opponent is evil, the technique will charge at 250%/450% and deliver unblockable damage]

I would just change the Spirit Sword name to Spirit Stab in order to avoid mixing it with the already existing Ultimate. Other than that, you have my ok.

Instant transmission needs to be a AD tech and will not include the combat bonus at all
Heavenly Potential will be once per thread with increasing increments of 80 to 60 to 40% damage required instead of more uses for higher tier.
Your ultimate will be no charge on good guys, normal charge on neutral guys, and 250%, 350%, 450% on evil guys with undodgeable(chaser) and not unblockable.
It's been sitting in my Docs for a while but here it is! I basically changed some techs, most of them are already a thing in other schools, so it should be fine. Also, Ultra God Fist uses the mechanics suggested above for Stardust Breaker.

Chris why unavoidable instead of unblockable? Your suggestion made it stronger not weaker. It should be unblockable because it also makes no sense why it's unable to be dodged...is literally a ki infused punch. And with the highest burst damage on the site is impossible to counter unless you are stupidly stronger than the user or you happen to have a similar technique.
The ultimate needs to be unblockable or it needs to have a lower initial charge.
I'd make instant transmission a special and make invisible hammer a school technique no? It doesn't seem like you plan on upgrading it and instant transmission really seems like something that'd be a special since it's a unique ability we wouldn't normally let anyone register. @cornatto
Heizen I don't get it what you mean by special-- do you mean Ultimate? Or do you mean like, uhm, in the low part of the school? I am kinda confused! You guys agreed to have it be [AD], thus I have respected what you guys had agreed to. Simply said, plus, as an Ultimate it's kind of lousy given it's just an instant spaceship (but if you consider the cooldown, you are better off with a spaceship) and provides no Combat bonus— which was requested to be removed when much worse has been approved in the past.
I am fine with making Ultra God Fist unblockable, that was my original plan.

Nah it Specials are also labeled under the "Techniques" portion of your martial arts school. The 2 techniques before an ultimate, the signature abilities that your school has outside of the martial arts. Kamehameha and Thunder Shock Surprise are the specials of Turtle (the latter being a better stun than anything a normal user could possess). Free Dodge Techs, and Enhanced Redirect Portals are my specials for Chaos Demon Style. Etc. etc. They sometimes exist as techniques that go outside the realm of possibility of normal techniques registered, because they are exclusive to a school and a school alone. Instant Transmission fits as such a technique.
Now I want some things for Instant Transmission as you've written it. While Goku is able to use the Instant Transmission to go to King Kai's planet in the canon - as far as our mechanics go you wouldn't be able to sense ki that far without God Ki. Ergo it should be limited to what one can sense and therefore limited to the physical universe. Essentially you can teleport from Earth to Namek, or Namek to Earth or Earth to Bris or Bris to Free Space etc. etc. etc. It's only Makai and the Afterlife that would be out of the question (until you learn to gain the perks of God Ki on our site through False God Ritual and the God Tree skills). My questions for the technique however are though: Are you able to use this in mid-thread to teleport away from a battle? Can it be interrupted? I want us to be fully cognizant of how this technique functions on our rules before we stamp it since it is admittedly a controversial technique in canon.
And yeah if the Ultimate is unblockable it's fine with me.
Sure. Requiring God Ki Sense doesn't particularly make any difference to me at least given IC plans, but that aside. When it comes to battle, I believe it just follows the normal mechanics: Try teleport, if no attack, you teleport.
And uh, I am fine switching that with the special if no one has anything to say about it.

Well requiring God Ki Sense to go into the afterlife, not for the technique itself (just to clarify). Just state in the tech that the Instant Transmission works as far as you can sense. After that the rest of the tech is fine to me. The other techs look fine to me as well.
And yeah I personally think it makes more sense there. If it's an ADV technique though I guess you'd have to spend slots to upgrade it.

@cornatto Alright everything is fine once you make the ultimate unblockable as we said. However now that I've read it again, instead of it being 250/350/450 - I'll suggest you bump the second charge to 450 (aka 250/450) and end it there that way it's got a double charge effect (with a slightly higher initial charge than Death Ball, but doesn't have Death Ball's planet effect and can only affect Evil people). That way with an unblock-able it's pretty good, but not completely uncounterable as a technique in initial charge.

So I’m going to disagree with everything being fine, one of the biggest disagreements about this school was IT, yes canon wise it’s shown to go to the afterlife, site wise it just completely negates our point of having the afterlife wait time. I’m fine with Makai travel and ki sense travel, but not with after life travel
