A martial arts designed to blend the power of ones body with the cunning of ones mind. Created by the Namekian Piyano under his personal belief that a fight is only ended when one accepts defeat within their own thoughts, this style of combat was intended to fight his enemies on two battlefields at once. The actual field of war itself and his enemies brain. The arts of the Enlightened mind intertwine mental assaults with physical strikes, meant to confuse and disorient foes with unexpected attacks and defenses. Because his art relays heavily on its students possessing strong psychic abilities it teaches a mixed range of skills along with physical techniques. Dogi: Any clothing can be worn for this style, though helmets and thick armor is typically avoided by practitioners. Fighting Style Skills:
[BG] [OT-1] ILLUSION ASSAULT: The user creates 3 phantasmal images of themselves to lead a charge against the enemy. These illusion then rush the users opponent with a variety of attacks, distracting the enemy and hiding the users true attack. A powerful rush combo from the rear, after delivering a knee strike to your enemies back you slam them away with a sledgehammer strike as your illusions fade to nothingness. [25% of the users PL]
[IN] [ST-2] TELEKINESIS: As long as the target is within sight, the user can use their mind to move it. This ability can be blocked with another technique or a higher power level alone. [Sight Range] [Mechanically this skill can be used for flavor to move objects for no stamina cost. In combat however this technique can be used to strike a enemy with a non-harming stun for 1 stamina. Must be able to dodge 70% of the user PL in attack, this technique can be maintained on a hit target for 1 extra stamina cost (Can not last longer than two posts). However the user can take no other actions and loses their concentration over this technique if they are struck from any attack.]
[AD] [OT-3] INVISIBLE STAB: Using the power of their minds the user temporarily removes themselves from their enemies five senses of perception. Suddenly unable to be seen, smelt, tasted, sensed, or heard for a few seconds the user delivers a powerful KI charged claw or fist attack to their enemies chest for massive damage. [100% of the users PL]
Techniques:
[OT-1] MIND BULLET: The user focuses a blast of pure psychic energy right inside the mind of their enemy creating a explosive wave of pain that only their target can see and feel. [25% of users PL]
[ST-1] THOUGHT OVER REALITY: Through extensive mental training the user has created a passive barrier of defensive psychic energy around their body. This sheath of psychic protection does not prevent the body from coming to harm but rather allows the user to ignore the limitations placed on them by the outside world for a time. [Ignores the additional effects of VT-1's brought against the user, but offers no protection from the damage.]
[ULTIMATE] PLANETARY TELEKINESIS: By mastering both the powers of their mind and body the user has achieved unrivaled psychic power never before seen in the universe! Pushing their powers of telekinesis to the absolute limit the user has found that any and all objects now bend to the will of their minds, use of this technique allows feats as great as completely crushing a enemies body with the users thoughts or even moving entire planets. [Mechanics: This powerful ability can be used for flavor to lift, move, manipulate ANY object with telekinesis. Combat use: This unstoppable psychic attack can be used to instantly control and crush the body of the users chosen target. Unblockable, this attack hits for 175% of the users PL and can not be charged for further damage. This tech uses up 3 stamina to perform. Moving Planets: Using this ability the users can lift and relocate with his mind towns, cities, regions, and even planets! As long as the users PL at 175% is within the PL needed to destroy a town, city, region, or planet the user can instead rp moving their target to another location. Much like destroying this action requires a ROD/SAGA thread and follows the same rules of completion that can be found here.]

The moving things with their mind is a given, and the stun is okay but sustaining it should still cost another point of stamina. This should also have a limit of 2 posts.

[100% of the users PL] Add that this ability cannot be sensed instead of cannot be felt. This is just to cover your bases. Now, I'm not 100% sold on this ability because the way it sounds makes it pretty much un dodge-able which, even as a school tech can't be done... I still dont like the idea of a skill that cannot be dodged. Requiring an ST3 to dodge it is reasonable as it's an ultimate, but it can't be completely un dodge-able. Caesar @chris what do you guys think? [/li] [/ul][/quote]

If I changed the description to say:

Suddenly unable to be seen, smelt, tasted, sensed, or heard for a few seconds the user disappears than reappears before their target to deliver a powerful KI charged claw or fist attack to their enemies chest for massive damage. [100% of the users PL]
This way it's still hard to dodge, (Being a OT-3) but since I reappear its far from impossible to block or evade?
As for my Ultimate, I don't mind making it so a ST-3 is required to dodge it. I just wanted the skill to be hard to evade because its one use per thread, and completely drains stamina. Like even if I had 5 I would drop to 0 using it. King of AllCaesarChris please let me know what you think with these two changes.

But at the cost of 5 Stamina since that attack is again a instant 300% far more powerful than any other school could possibly do or counter with unless a user was even at 5 stam either that or lower damage to 250% at 4 stam

When I wrote the school I was tired and forgot as I gain PL this is a bit broken *undodgeable (only with ST-3) <--- Same as above *Unblockable <--- was blockable with ST-3 but same as above *Can move planets at a lower cost of the pl needed to destroy a city <--- this statement is just wildly untrue lol. Earth: Major City destroyed = 90K. Planet at 75% drops it from 2,800,000 to 2,100,000. I do understand your concerns though.

So with all this said I had a thought, I am going about the mechanics all wrong. I wanted the Ult. to be hard to evade do to its psychic nature, but the high damage is a problem. What if I changed it to this:
*Cost 4 Stamina (Can not charge) *175%PL Damage non-chargeable *remove undodge/blockable entirely & replace with [Requires 250% of users PL to evade/block]
This way the tech retains its psychic mystery and is hard to avoid entirely but still well manageable. Also it gives up raw power for subtly.

Hm.. I don't see a problem being undodgeable as long as its blockable. It has to be either blockable or dodgeable, but as an Ultimate you can have it just like my Spirit Ball, which is undodgeable and controlable. I like to believe ultimates can have up to two special traits, be it higher damage and harder to protect against it.
The way you worde it now, 175% instant and undodgeable or unboockable would be fine with the regular 3 stamina cost.

Mechanic wise somewhat fine however the way this worded is really confusing, say if someone was using OT-3 or whatever OT does that mean this tech can't be countered with those, because other wise I would say no go if it it cant be actually battled, also Nasu asked for you to have be either undodgeable or Unblockable(essientially a player can't use a Melee block against it) however I'm fine with having both if it can be challenged
Also I would prefer rather if this could still move planets yes but still require the full requirement to destroy the area

Final edits made, no reduction on moving things. Removed dodge component completely, kept unblockable. Removed the one use per thread since reduced as the move has become I don't feel the usage limit is required any longer. Still requires stamina regulation though.
